I will never go back to this dealership nor recommend to place to anyone. Me and my wife went to the dealership to look at new jeeps and they kept bring us monthly prices that where way out of our price ra place to anyone. Me and my wife went to the dealership to look at new jeeps and they kept bring us monthly prices that where way out of our price range that we told them. We told them that we did not want to go over 430.00 and they would bring a quote back at 590.00-776.00 and they would try to pressure us saying that we are not that far off in price and we should just do it. I told them that I wanted at least 4500.00 for my trade in and AJ came back and said that they could gives us that. When we went to the finance person (Shaun) and he typed up the contract it said 4100.00 for our trade in and I asked why we weren't getting the agreed upon price. Shaun and AJ said that 400.00 was a tax credit and when that is added to the trade of 4100 then we get 4500.00. They were "giving me a break" because I'm not having to pay tax on the whole price of the vehicle because I'm trading my car in to them. Which is complete BS and I called them out on it. We argued for a while until I raised my voice a little bit so that other potential buyers in the dealership could hear our conversation. Only then did they give me the full $4500. We signed the contract, then the next day Shaun called and said he was able to get us a lower interest rate and we needed to come in and sign a new contract. We were at 4.9 and they lowered it to 4.6. We were like - really? Sure! But then he said our payments will be the same because our loan now includes gap insurance. Keep in mind that a couple days before, they had told us that we didn't need gap insurance because of our trade in and down payment. We figured we would go talk to him and see about the lower rate and why we need gap now. So we got there, and Shaun says we can have the lower rate but the payment is the same because of the gap insurance. I said, well what is it without the gap because I don't think we want that. He said, why does it matter, your payments are the same and it's not costing you anything more. He would not tell us what the payment would be with out gap and told us if we don't go with it then he won't give us the lower interest rate - basically blackmailing us! It was ridiculous! Then Shaun got very upset, and said, forget it and I'm keeping you at 4.9%. I was like WHOA I want the 4.6, and again he wasn't going to do it without the gap. So I was like HOLD ON lets talk about this. Through the conversation, I found out that I can cancel it at anytime, and without penalty in the 1st 30 days. So I was like okay fine sign me up. Then I cancelled it 2 days later. This place is so shady and uses every scam in the book to try and screw you. Don't go here, but if you do, make sure to question everything, don't trust anything. My husband and I have been looking around for a new or used Jeep. I started to make multiple phone calls and inquire on quite a few Jeeps I had found. I was truly not in the mood to deal with salesmen, used Jeep. I started to make multiple phone calls and inquire on quite a few Jeeps I had found. I was truly not in the mood to deal with salesmen, and some that had called, had me very discouraged. On the morning of 4/11/11, I received a phone call from Rich Regan in sales. When talking with him over the phone I immediately felt like I was talking with an old friend. He told me that the Jeep I was looking at had sold, and he asked some questions about what I was looking for. About 1/2 an hour later, Rich called. He physically went out to the lot to see what they had. He found just what I was looking for. Now there are many dealers close to home here, but his attitude, (no pressure what so ever) made me think, we need to drive the 1 1/2 hours to see Rich. When we showed up, again, it was like chatting with a friend we hadn't seen in a while, and oh by the way, we bought the Jeep. The experience we had with Rich Regan alone will cause us to drive out of our way and buy from him, and him alone. Rich went above and beyond his duties. Rich Regan, if you read this, THANK YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! We couldn't be happier!! Customers and Friends for life, Jackie & Steve Roy, WA More

Fantastic experience w/ Rairdon during the purchase of our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Went in on 3/26/2011, met Dan, and told him straight up that we're committed but weren't buying that day and w our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Went in on 3/26/2011, met Dan, and told him straight up that we're committed but weren't buying that day and weren't going to attempt a deal; I just wanted a test drive and to get some info. Dan was phenomenal, met my expectations, and did not pressure me. Dan asked when to give me a call, I said a week, and he did call about one week later (4/1/2011) as stated. My wife and I decided to move forward with our jeep purchase so I gave Dan a call on 4/2 and said let's make it happen. He asked if we wanted to stick with our original idea (fully loaded Laredo that was borderline Limited trim) or if he could also price out a Limited since it'd be the same and better options around the same price; I said let's do it. He asked for me to come in at 10am on 4/3. We arrived just after 10am and I stated that I wanted to make this quick since we had a lunch commitment at 12pm (and I wasted too much of my life while my dad haggled w/ dealers for hours on end). We test drove the Limited and I gave my well-researched offer which was accepted; we rung the sale bell about 11:15am. No joke, the paperwork took longer than the deal itself. I was extremely pleased with my interaction w/ Dan, Duke, and then Branko with the final paperwork. We were on our way in our fully loaded limited just after 12pm. :) Thanks fellas! More
On test drive salesman was talking on a personal phone call. Never showed features of car. Got the run around inside with payments and interest rate. Told them we wanted to go through our bank but suppose call. Never showed features of car. Got the run around inside with payments and interest rate. Told them we wanted to go through our bank but supposedly they had this better deal which we fell for and now that "deal" fell through and am scrambling to get financing after owning the car for 3 weeks! We have NEVER been in this situation. A mulitude of safety features were not taken care of before receiving the vehicle. The car had blown speakers, chips in windshield, a busted belt in tire which makes an awful shake when driving on the freeway. The wipers were in horrible shape, leaving blur on drivers side. This is the WORST experience in purchasing a car I have ever had. I have fixed the problems immediately returning the car home and is now a sound car, with little money to fix it, except for the tires - which will cost in upwards of $800. Very disheartening to find that out. More

The sales people in this dealership lie. They tell you what they think you want to hear - and then lie again. I went in and met with Joe. I specifically told him I was helping my daughter buy a car; and what they think you want to hear - and then lie again. I went in and met with Joe. I specifically told him I was helping my daughter buy a car; and she wanted to spend no more than $9000 on a used car - anticipating that with tax and license, I would be spending close to $10k. We spent a few hours with Joe; and he enticed my daughter with a car that he said would fall within her desired range. When we finally said, OK - give us your price; he took it to manager #1 who gave us a piece of paper saying he wanted $10,500 plus tax and license. Obviously, I was upset because the quote was now $1500 more than I said she was willing to pay. Two days later, I spoke to Joe again by phone. I advised him that I might be willing to pay more for a more expensive car. He had a different manager give me a call. That manager was incredibly rude. He told me he couldn't make the deal on the nicer car for my price. Fair enough. I then went back to talking about the first car. He told me he wouldn't budge off the $10,500 price because that's his blue book price. But I had already pulled lower blue book prices from both Kelley and Edmunds. When I mentioned this, he gave me a 'song and dance' about how Kelley and Edmunds are bogus figures and that they don't care what Kelley and Edmunds say about car value. Really! Apparently this is the only dealership in the country that just thumbs its nose at these two companies' figures. This second manager told me he would call me back in 20 minutes with the wholesale and retail figures from HIS (super secret) blue book company. Guess what? I never heard back from him. So a word to the wise; if you plan on shopping using published blue book figures; be prepared for Riordan to tell you they don’t care – because those figures are bogus! (A good reason to shop elsewhere!) So the next day, having still heard nothing – as promised – from manager #2; I called Joe again. I told Joe that I was going to be buying a car from a competitor the next day. I really liked Joe; and I wanted him to know why Rairdon wasn't going to get my business. Joe apologized; and said: "What do I need to do to make you happy?" I told him; get me that car for what you told me you could. I'll pay $10,000 out the door (i.e. inclusive of tax and license). We went back and forth for a good 20 minutes; and he told me that he knew he couldn't get it for $10k; but that another $500 would make the deal happen. Pay $10,500 out the door; and it's yours, he said. I eventually agreed. The next day, Joe called to tell me the car was ready for me - but - now, manager #3 (Victor Perez) told him that he couldn't sell me the car for the promised figure. It was now going to be $11,700 - a figure much MORE than manager #1 offered to sell it days before! Needless to say, I was livid! This was nothing more than 'bait and switch' on price. Follow the bouncing ball - if you can. If one person gives you a number, don’t worry about it. We’ll just let a different person renege and ask for a higher number. Next thing you know, Joe puts Perez on the phone; and Perez answers as if he doesn't know what's going on. ("Hi; what can I do for you?") Are you kidding! First, they challenge the fact that Manager #1 offered to sell the car for $10,500; even though he had written it on a piece of paper; given the paper to Joe; and had Joe give the paper to me. (At least Joe was honest enough to admit that had happened and that was the figure.) When I told Perez the entire story, he merely said: we're not selling this car for the $10,500 out the door - i.e., the figure Joe said was a 'done deal.' He told me he would sell it for the $10,500 plus tax and license (i.e., for $1500 above the figure the salesman told me we had a deal). Again, I was livid. Pretending he couldn't understand why I was so angry, Perez got indignant and hung up on me. If you plan on shopping at Riordan's, I encourage you not to do so. But if you do; don’t waste your time with a salesman. First Joe told me he could sell me the car for under $9k. Then, he told me we had a deal at $10,500 ‘out the door.’ And each time, the dealership used 3 different managers to throw Joe under the bus and renege. (I assume they were throwing Joe under the bus; but maybe, instead – this is their strategic sales tactic all along.) More

I went to this dealership because I saw that the Jeep Grand Cherokee has been redesigned to compete with Lexus, BMW and other luxury SUVs. I owned a jeep in the 80's and decided to take another look. The Grand Cherokee has been redesigned to compete with Lexus, BMW and other luxury SUVs. I owned a jeep in the 80's and decided to take another look. The dealership itself is a wreck. The place is not an appealing place to spend time. The workers were clean, but certainly not dressed in a professional manner. There is no place to sit comfortably and not one person offered me so much as a drink of water. I arrived at about 10:30 am and by one pm I was tired and hungry. I wanted to leave, but was assured that the deal could be taken care of quickly. I suppose that it's all in the eye of the beholder, but another 2 hours doesn't really seem like quickly to me. My salesman (Duke) was all about making me happy - he said. However, I found his demeanor to be condescending and overly familiar. Maybe I am spoiled through all of my dealings with Lexus of Bellevue. Ultimately, we were handed off to another salesman (isn't that unusual). AJ was a very professional young man, unfortunately he was not the norm of my experience. When we finally did put a deal together, we were ushered to the rudest finance man I have ever dealt with. We wanted the title made out a different way than he would usually do this and he said that that was not possible...I currently own 4 cars all of them purchased new and have never encountered this before. When I pointed this out he asked me if I was mad at him??? What the heck? They couldn't get the leasing papers right after 3 tries! I'll bet this made Reirdon angry since he had to carry the car all of this time without pay. Finally, after the third try, we wrote a check with an offer that was more in line with our thinking about the car and presented it...thankfully they took the check and the deal is done! Let me say that I hate buying cars and this dealership did nothing to change my opinion. Love the Jeep absolutely HATED the whole sales experience. Maybe I should have gone to Bellevue? More
Overall, my truck buying experience was great. Rich Regan was the best salesman that I have ever worked with. He knew what I wanted, and did his best to match me to the vehicle that I would be happy with. I was the best salesman that I have ever worked with. He knew what I wanted, and did his best to match me to the vehicle that I would be happy with. I had a pleasurable experience with Duke and Chris. Chris did his best to structure a deal that was affordable for me. They saved me almost $200 a month over a less capable truck from another dealer. I can definitely say that I will be a repeat customer. The only issue that I feel needs to be improved on is parking; however, this issue is created by their large variety of in-stock inventory. More
