went online and within 30 minutes of submittingI received a phone call from Rich Regan and went in and he selected the vehicle I asked for and then we went with a different Chrysler Limited. The whole staff a phone call from Rich Regan and went in and he selected the vehicle I asked for and then we went with a different Chrysler Limited. The whole staff that I had dealings with was excellent in regards to customer service. Gary (Manager) Brian(Finance) and I'm sorry but I forgot his name but he was Richs immediate supervisor. They offered me coffee, showed me the service department and introduced me to the Service Manager. My overall experience was VERY SATISFACTORY, job well done. More
I went to this dealership fully expecting Lance to have brought down a Jeep Mojave from the Monroe location. We had emailed that morning around 9am and I followed up with a call around 11am to make sure th brought down a Jeep Mojave from the Monroe location. We had emailed that morning around 9am and I followed up with a call around 11am to make sure that he was going to be able to get it to Kirkland by 6pm. I had gone to Bellevue earlier to meet a friend during rush hour traffic, and then proceeded to the dealership in Kirkland. When I arrived Lance was sitting at a desk talking to another salesperson, no customers around at all. I walked up and introduced myself and asked where the Jeep was so I could take a look, Lance proceeds to tell me that he did not get it there at all!!!!!!!!!!!! Not one email, not one phone call in 6 hours to let me know not to waste my time driving up there in rush hour traffic!!!! Talk about horrible customer service!!!! Then he proceeds to pass me off to some younger associate to walk around the lot at jeeps I have no interest in???? What a waste of time!!! So long story short, I had Town and Country Jeep in Seattle purchase the vehicle from the Monroe dealership because I DID NOT want to deal with Rairdons again!!! Such a better experience at T&C Jeep.... More
I went in to test drive only. They use high pressure sales AND they try to squeeze every penny out of you. I will never go back here. Trust me on this one, whether you buy new or used you will come ou sales AND they try to squeeze every penny out of you. I will never go back here. Trust me on this one, whether you buy new or used you will come out of there thinking they had your best interest in mind. More
We called the dealership, Rich Regan answered the phone provided us with the information we were looking for so we went down and had probably the best buying experience we have ever had. Rich was straight provided us with the information we were looking for so we went down and had probably the best buying experience we have ever had. Rich was straight forward and pleasant to work with he has that good guy attitude which seems to work well. AJ provided some numbers right in line what we were asking for and the entire process was very smooth. Sonny printed out the final paperwork a few signatures and off we went with our new town and country. Great Experience, definitely will go back. Paul & Marilyn Johnson More
Very disapointed with the sales department today. The following series of events will prove our ratings. Spoke with Joe last night about a brand new 2011 Town Country listed on the internet. Knowing tha following series of events will prove our ratings. Spoke with Joe last night about a brand new 2011 Town Country listed on the internet. Knowing that sometimes information is listed incorrectly and that we live over 3 hours from the Rairdon dealership, I called to confirm the very specific options we were looking for. By the way, this is also what Rairdon suggests on their internet site: to confirm the options listed with one of their sales representative. Joe answered and after giving him the stock# listed on their website, he went to that exact vehicle on the lot. I asked him twice if it had a sunroof as well as the leather and dvd option. He said, "Yes. I'm standing right in front of the vehicle looking at it and it has the sunroof and all that you're looking for." I told Joe, I wanted to make sure as we did not want a dvd or sunroof installed aftermarket - we wanted it from the factory. Joe said that is understandable. I also informed Joe we lived over 3 hours away and are serious buyers with small children, so this is a serious drive and we wanted to be sure. After all this confirmation of what we were looking for, we decided to meet him this morning for the vehicle. As the vehicle pulled up, I immediately said,"There is no sunroof." Joe said this was the vehicle I gave the number for and I told him that's fine, however, you were standing in front of it and told me it had what I asked for. Joe shuffled us inside and said let's see what we can find for you. That was the last of Joe as we were passed to another sales rep. Sorry, do not remember the blonde guy's name as at that point the disapointment and anger was blinding & deafening. I will say, the rep we were passed to tried what he could to make something out of a situation we all knew was hopeless. He explained Joe was new from the construction line of work and sorry for the miscommunication and we outsource our online internet vehicles, etc.... My response was this. First, as for the outsourcing, this is why I did what it says on the internet as well as just common sense, and I called to confirm the options with Joe. I worked in banking for 10 years, the last 5 years of which I was a branch manager and dealt with many dealerships and finance situations. No matter what line of work you are in, you should be able to determine if there is a hole in the ceiling of a car & if you can watch movies in the car - just by looking. We were not asking technical questions. Basic visual clues is all we needed. There was no excuse for a 'miscommunication.' I was very clear and very specific and he even repeated what I wanted back to me. Unfortunately this leads me to believe that either he was simply not cut out to deal with cars or that he intentionally lied to us about the options just to get us up there thinking that after all that way we would buy anyway. If the second is true, then shame on those that have hired and/or encouraged this behavior. We spent an entire day between driving there and back with two of our young kids plus $100 bucks between gas and having to stop for breakfast & lunch. Now, the blonde rep that helped inside did give us $40 voucher as he did feel bad for us. This is why 'friendliness' received an ok rating. The gesture was nice, but its only good for gas and we had filled the tank in Tacoma, so we only used $14.00 and gave the rest to an anonymous passerby that pulled in behind us. Sadly for us, we did not drive home in the new van as it did not have what we were told it did. Sadly for you, you lost a very good potential customer and gained poor criticsm by word of mouth. More

After looking at dealerships all over the Puget Sound area last night, I came to the conclusion that Rairdon's Jeep of Kirkland had what my wife and I were looking for. We had visited another Jeep deale area last night, I came to the conclusion that Rairdon's Jeep of Kirkland had what my wife and I were looking for. We had visited another Jeep dealership further south the day before and just were not satisfied with the experience. After spending an hour in an ever widening search pattern on the internet, I found Rairdon's dealership web site. They not only had what we were wanted, but the prices were better than any other dealership that I saw. Also of equal importance were the fine reviews of other customer's buying experiences there. After reading virtually every review for Rairdon's, I knew that I wanted to visit them. The next morning I called and spoke with their personable internet sales manager (he asked to remain behind the scenes or I would surely have included his name in the review). I asked him to speak with either Rich Regan or Steve Bruneau, as these two had great reviews from prior customers. About 30 minutes later I received a call from Steve who, after getting information about the vehicle that I wanted to trade in offered me a thousand dollars more for it in trade than the other dealership had. He gave us directions to the dealership and even helped when we called after taking a wrong turn during the trip. Upon arrival one thing that I immediately noticed was the constant flow of customers through the showroom, deals were being made every few minutes and the place was really jumping. My wife commented on the high level or professionalism demonstrated by one of the senior sales staff as he was training a less experienced sales associate. Steve was great throughout the transaction. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, my wife and I both were impressed with the high level of respect that he showed us as customers. After the deal had been struck, I got to meet an equally personable sales person by the name of Rich Regan. Since our vehicle was at a neighboring Jeep dealership, Rich went over and brought back our new Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited. After suave finance manager Sonny helped us out with a good deal on a wrap around 10 year bumper to bumper policy (if you buy a vehicle ask him about HIS recent experience)and got us signed through in double quick time, our new Jeep arrived and was soon being washed and detailed. Rich sat and talked with us as we waited. He went over the warranty and manuals for the Jeep, answering all of our little questions. Thanks to their efficient service personnel we were soon waving farewell as we drove off the lot and into the sunset. We both saw why Steve, Rich and Sonny have good reputations. I would not hesitate to buy again from these great guys, all in all we had an A+ experience at Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland. More

Rairdon's is a friendly place with lots of smiles, not the toothy grins of sharks on the prowl, but people genuinely interested in what I was looking for. My salesman, Jeff Gentry took very good care of m the toothy grins of sharks on the prowl, but people genuinely interested in what I was looking for.
