I had worked with Mike the internet sales manager for a new 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I came in to take a look at the one I wanted. Unfortunately it was Mike's day off. I was introduced to Salesperson, Steve new 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I came in to take a look at the one I wanted. Unfortunately it was Mike's day off. I was introduced to Salesperson, Steve Bruneau. He was kind and friendly during the initial greeting. Sadly, the Jeep I had wanted sold before I go there, but the stock of Jeep's at the dealer meant that I was able to find another that suited my needs. Steve was able to look back at the E-mails I had exchanged with Mike, so half the process was done right there. The process was fast and friendly the entire way. This is the 17th car I have purchased in my life and I must say that this was one of the best buying experiences I have had. Steve respected my time and my wallet. The finance person was nice and my Jeep looked beautiful as I drove home. If you need a Jeep, please ask for Steve Bruneau, you can't go wrong! He is fair, honest, and above all, respectful of you as a customer. More
Jeff took good care of us while explaining about the car, price and everything you expect from a great salesman. I wanted to buy the car on that evening and drive home, and he helped me do that while accommo price and everything you expect from a great salesman. I wanted to buy the car on that evening and drive home, and he helped me do that while accommodating his schedule (he stayed back till 11:30) and postponed some paperwork to next weekend knowing I cant make it on weekdays. Jeff is awesome. Finance guy was little iffy, got irritated when I said I want to go with my credit union, and wasted a bunch of time on clicking through (god knows what) and trashed atleast 6 print outs of purchase agreement saying the printer is not working well (I felt a deliberate attempt to waste some more time) and tried to put a coverage/package when I explicitly rejected. But Jeff consistently worked patiently getting me in and out of all of this easily and friendly. I'd definitely go back to Jeff whenever I want to buy something, but I'd stay away and be careful with the finance guys there. More
I went in with the intention of buying a new Dodge Challenger. I didn't plan on trading in my car however they offered a lot more than I was expecting, once i handed them my keys it took me asking the Challenger. I didn't plan on trading in my car however they offered a lot more than I was expecting, once i handed them my keys it took me asking them a dozen times for them to give me them back and they said they wouldn't offer me anything for my car. I looked at one that was on the lot for a while. The salesman had said that it was previously owned with under 1000 miles on it, the owner had traded up to an srt8 and was planning on switching the wheels (he liked the chrome). The salesman said that the wheels that would be going on were worth another $2000. After looking at the window sticker of another car I found that not only were they not worth $2000 they were less expensive than the ones being taken off the car. After being unable to agree on a price they found another car for me that was 'somewhere north'. I think about it for a couple days and go back in to talk prices. The salesman and I agree on a price and agree on an APR of 2.85%. I go into the financing office and all the sudden the financial guy says that the APR will be 4.9%, this made me upset. I went to find financing from a credit union because that was too high of an APR. While going through the process I get a call from the dealership saying they can do 2.85%, I ask him twice while on the phone to confirm. I go in the next night and they are back at 4.9%, they said that the sales manager was saying 2.85% but the financial guy kept saying 4.9% and refused they were pushing me to sign up, find the 2.85% financing and come back and they would rewrite the contract. I said no and walked out. That same night I went to the Chrysler Jeep and Dodge of Bellevue (not rairdon) I had them look for the same car (I had the VIN). This is the part that really pissed me off bellevue said that the car they were trying to get me to sign for less than an hour ago had sold OVER A WEEK AGO! Bellevue was able to give me exact dates and everything, Rairdon of Kirkland had lied to me. More
Only go here if you want to experience high pressure sales tactics. Basically they will try to make you buy the car that day regardless. They will tell you lies and then blame you for trusting them and sales tactics. Basically they will try to make you buy the car that day regardless. They will tell you lies and then blame you for trusting them and not doing a proper inspection of the features they lied about. Very dishonest and most of the sales people don't know the cars very well to begin with. Triple check EVERYTHING when you buy the car, if you don't they probably told you a lie somewhere along the way and you will find out later something isn't what you expected. I had a feature which I had requested on the vehicle told 3-4 times was included and even had it in writing for my original quote. After the post sales inspection on the vehicle after signing/paying, I find out said item is not included. Arguments insured... After inferring that I was stupid and that I should have noticed that what they told me was there isn't there, the end resolution was basically take it or leave it. I would not recommend this place just because I left from the deal with a bad taste in my mouth and really angry. Not how you want to feel when you just bought a new car. I have absolutely no trust in the sales team anymore after this incident. A smart sales team would correct any mistake they made in the customers favor. As a business, keeping customers is much more valuable then one sale. Now they will not get my business again or anyone I know. I hope it was worth the extra few 100 bucks. More
Today we spoke with Mike on the phone several times and pre selected a minivan that was listed and priced on cars.com at 5pm pt on 8/18/2012. I should note that although the vehicle was listed on Cars.c pre selected a minivan that was listed and priced on cars.com at 5pm pt on 8/18/2012. I should note that although the vehicle was listed on Cars.com, Rairdons own web site did not list this vehicle in its inventory and anything comparable or similar was listed at least $10,000 more. Quite suspicious! After a confirmation of the published sale price ($18,971) and that the van is available on the lot for immediate pickup "just come on over before 8:00 pm" we quickly started our 45 minute drive to Rairdon’s Dodge. We even talked to Mike on the phone on the way so he could prepare the vehicle for our arrival and pick up; we received another confirmation that he and the van are available. We tried to pay the deposit via credit card on the initial phone inquiry, however, we were advised that state law prohibits taking deposits on internet advertized specials, but that a deposit could be made on a different, non sale vehicle. Suspicious again! After arriving Mike was nowhere to be found. After waiting 10 minutes he came over to introduce himself and after a little while of back and forth, shared with us that the van is no longer on the lot. It had been sold to the Seattle Mariners, before we advised of our intent to purchase. Apparently “since one set of keys” was available in the box at time of our call, it seemed that the vehicle was still available when in fact it was not. He offered to look and see if he has anything else available for us on the lot, same color, and same options. After another 10 minutes he returned to let us know that he is sorry that we made the long drive that and that no such vehicle is available and he would let us know if and when another van with the same terms may become available. Based on this statement, Rairdon’s dealership apparently inventories vehicles based on which keys are on the hook! Not only suspicious and a whole lot of BS, but flat out ridiculous and insulting to anyone’s intelligence. However, if this is how this dealership conducts its inventory control, it should be investigated for shabby bookkeeping and inventory control. The entire approach and experience is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and after leading us on a wild goose chase, by lying to us I do not recommend going to Rairdon’s Dodge in Kirkland. All in all this was a classic case of bait and switch. It is painfully apparent that Rairdon either did not have this vehicle in the first place and or had no intentions of selling it at the advertized price at the time of my call. For research reference the stock number is: CR374126 VIN # 2C4RDGBG3CR374126 I thank you for your time in investigating this matter. More
Overall a good experience but I believe that should be Overall a good experience but I believe that should be expected so for that reason let me point out three things that I found flawed. One, my vehicl Overall a good experience but I believe that should be expected so for that reason let me point out three things that I found flawed. One, my vehicle was parked in a muddy spot and that shouldn't happen so some maintenance on the lot should be done. Not a puddle mind you but up a curb and in a spot where you don't want to stand to get into the ride. Second, the vehicle which they considered new had over 800 miles on it. When I asked about that they told me that it was driven between lots/dealerships. Personally I believe something should have been marked down for a ride with over 800 miles on it. And third, I revceived a photo ticket in the mail dated nearly two weeks after I purchased the new vehicle and traded in my old car. Mind you the ticket was from my old car that I didn't own any longer. So I called and was told they would take care of it with the traffic cam people or Seattle photo enforcement. So will have to wait and see if they do. But seems to me that should not have even happened in the first place. Like I said in the begining as a consumer we should all be treated properly so to get into details about how I was treated correctly seems well......unnecisary. I will point out that like other reviews I read that I avoided Reardon Dodge in Monroe because they are terrible with customers. To prove this here's an example and believe me one of many I could make. I went by thier lot after buying my Jeep because I noticed something and wanted to look at other vehicles of the same year and see if it was normal. I parked in the front of the lot and headed over to look, seeing a salesman working his way through the lot I got on a phone call so I wouldn't have the guy jump me and do the sales thing. Someone must have called him and told him my new vehicle had a Kirkland license plate holder because he was no where near where he could have seen it. So while I'm on the phone talking this clown walks by me and starts telling me I should have bought from them and they could have saved me money, blah blah blah, three times this guy interupted my phone call and I made it clear I was on the phone and not breaking off to talk to him. See why I drove the extra distance past Monroe to Kirkland? More
I had been looking for over 8 months to find the right deal where I could trade my Ford in. I was upside down and it's been really tough trying to find the right car so the loan would work. Michael Burr deal where I could trade my Ford in. I was upside down and it's been really tough trying to find the right car so the loan would work. Michael Burrow found the right car and I was in and out of there with my new 2012 Chrysler 300 in less than 2 1/2 hours! That was the fastest car purchase ever! Thank you Michael for making this happen! More
Liars/scam artists would not recomend this dealer to my worst enemy. Took a day off work to view a vehicle that rich was "standing there looking at" come to find out was no where in sight. Myself and my husband wanted to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. After doing a lengthy amount of research, we ended up browsing on the Rairdon’s Jeep Wrangler site in Kirkland. We ended up havin Wrangler Unlimited. After doing a lengthy amount of research, we ended up browsing on the Rairdon’s Jeep Wrangler site in Kirkland. We ended up having an IM conversation with Rich Regan from the internet sales department. We were actually able to negotiate the price of the vehicle over email. I also preferred this method since I didn’t want to have to negotiate on the dealers lot. After test driving the vehicle, we decided to make the purchase. I was very pleased with Rich’s commitment to the price we agreed upon (he didn’t try to add in last minute changes). Rich was also very candid about things we should consider and most important, he cared about helping us and not just making a sale! I would highly recommend Rich Regan and Rairdon’s Kirkland Dealership! More so, we tried to work with the Rairdon’s Monroe dealership and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Glad we went to see Rich instead! More
Email Communication with Mike: Was told you had exactly what I wanted in an Overland. Made trip from Gig Harbor with check in hand. Arrived at dealership only to find you didn't have what I was told you ha what I wanted in an Overland. Made trip from Gig Harbor with check in hand. Arrived at dealership only to find you didn't have what I was told you had. This experience was as close to a bait and switch as they come. Will never recommend your dealership.
