Rich Regan was very friendly and an amazing sales man. He respected the budged I had proposed and I know that he will help me get the most bang for my buck. I would recommend Rich to anyone who is interested respected the budged I had proposed and I know that he will help me get the most bang for my buck. I would recommend Rich to anyone who is interested in a new or used car because of his honesty. The location was easily assessable with parking right in the front. Not to mention they have so many cars on the lot that you will defiantly find what you're looking for. More
In the past, I have had very bad luck with car dealerships, especially while buying used vehicles. I came in, and talked to Erik Magnusson, and he was the nicest guy ever. I told him what I was dealerships, especially while buying used vehicles. I came in, and talked to Erik Magnusson, and he was the nicest guy ever. I told him what I was looking for, and without even checking his inventory, he told me that he had the car for me. He showed me a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I fell in love with. His younger brother Odinn took me on the test drive, and I felt as if I was driving my own car. The two brothers were so low pressure, and understood what a big purchase I was making. I would recommend Rairdon's of Kirkland, and Erik and Odinn to anybody! More
Signed for a car and was told that they would have it for me within 4 days. On the fifth day I showed up and no car. No advance phone call either. Again promised car in 4 more days. Again nothing! Promi me within 4 days. On the fifth day I showed up and no car. No advance phone call either. Again promised car in 4 more days. Again nothing! Promised car in another 4 days and guess what. Three more days expired and still no car. On day 17 I went the dealership and declared "where is my car?". "Oh it will be here tomrrow." Next day the car came in with............... the wrong color. I called the WA state Attorney General and they said go have the contract rescinded. The dealership argued but finally agreed after I began calling the AG. In looking at the lease contract they were going to charge me 25 cent for evey excess mile over the annual amount selected with A+++ credit. Another dealer found me a car with $900 more options and the color I wanted plus the same lease payment was $19 per month leass. Get this their excess mileage charge ....... 18 cents per mile. A 28 percent differenc/rip off at Rairdon Kirkland. Never go to this dealership!!! More
My family and I just recently moved in to the US and since we haven't built a credit score yet, my husband and I decided to just rent a minivan. A few friends from around here suggested that I try to s since we haven't built a credit score yet, my husband and I decided to just rent a minivan. A few friends from around here suggested that I try to save up some money first to be able to buy our own vehicle instead of throwing away $14++/month for a van which we do not actually use everyday or for long driving. So after careful thought and analysis of our financial situation, last week I tried to search for preowned cars for sale in the WA area. I found quite a few and requested for quotations. I got a lot of responses in the form of emails. I browsed some but wasn't really paying attention to anything yet cause I don't have the money just yet. But there was one who persistently tried to get his call through my busy weekdays and really got me excited about buying as soon as I have time. At around 8pm last night, right after I've cleaned up the dishes, I heard my phone ring. I wondered who could it be, then I saw that it was coming from Kirkland. I thought, hmm perhaps the car dealer, at last I would be able to take the call I have not been able to get during office hours. And I was right, the nice guy introduced himself as Rich Regan from the Rairdon's of Kirkland. I remember that name from one of the emails I've browsed through. But yeah, I remember being cautious as well cause I don't want to be taken advantage of in a foreign country. It was just a 5-8min call but I was suddenly sure I was going to "bring home" a car today. I filled out a 30sec credit review and then received another call from Rairdon's, this time from Michael Price. He spoke to me in my native language and that really freaked me out to delight! Now, it becomes more interesting to come see Rairdon's. Rich promised to send out some car selection that he thinks would fit whatever my husband and I have in mind. And he did. I wasn't sure how the financing evaluation would go but I guess Rich was too assuring that we went ahead to see him. We arrived at Rairdon's at 1:50PM, 10mins earlier than my appointment. I was approaching the door when a courteous guy asked how he could help me today and when I looked for Rich, he kindly lead me through his office. When Rich came to see me, I immediately introduced myself and his eyes sparked with delight to see me. He was so kind, and courteous, and very professional. He showed me to the waiting lounge, the kids playroom, the service area, etc. As excited as I was to get to business, he lead me and my husband to some of the available vans. He could've gotten me to real expensive choice but NO, the family guy that he is, he brought us to something not only did we like but is a good deal considering the size, price, milleage, and a non-existing credit score. He was thinking a lot more about his customer with this offer and my husband and I really appreciate it. He rushed back and forth to get my application going. He's so kind he even offered me coffee, tea, and his burrito. And at 3:50 I was already holding my documents while waiting for my car while getting washed up. Since I am new here, the freeways kind of still freak me out so it was my husband who has always drove. But with a new car coming home with us, it was a problem for me. But not for long, Rich was such a good guy and offered to drive the car to my house. This wasn't part of his job anymore and I think I could never ask a favor like that to anyone at all. I didn't have to ask, he offered and drove the van home, safe and sound. I am not sure if I could ever find such a wonderful person ever. Now, I am just so happy about the savings I got with not having to rent anymore while my family can still go together wherever we want to go, safely. I couldn't believe this happened in just a few hours today. Back in my country, it's gonna take a week at the earliest to complete all of these, but NEVER without cash. It was really a nice business with Rairdon's and I give it all to Rich for getting everythng taken care of for me today. I look forward to tell my life-changing experience at Rairdon's to my friends tomorrow. So if you love your family so much like me, and want a good car but on a tight budget, go find Rich and he'll surely get you a good deal. More
Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news. But I had the worst experience purchasing my 2004 Dodge Dakota 4X4 pick up. Basically my lease was nearing its end and I wanted to get a pick up. I like Dodge an worst experience purchasing my 2004 Dodge Dakota 4X4 pick up. Basically my lease was nearing its end and I wanted to get a pick up. I like Dodge and wanted a Dodge pick up. Looked online and found some from Rairdons in Kirkland. Recieved a phone call from the dealer relatively quick and he said he has the truck i am looking for and to come in and take a look. SO we went in and looked. From the moment we got there it went array. Some how he had NO trucks for what I was looking for and what he said he had in stock. So we searched a bit and found a dodge ram 1500 for $14000. Test drove it and it would work. So we talked numbers and specifics. The paper work said it was a 2008 4x4 dodge ram 1500. we negotiated and eventually they brought the price down to $9000. I thought that was a great deal and bought it. It need the speedometer fixed which they said they will fix over night and i could have it the next day. When I went home soemthing inside me just did not sit right. I had the VIN number and searched and too my dismay realized that i had actually boughten a 2006 dodge ram 2 wheel drive pick up. So i called immediately and left a message telling them to stop payment because they vehicle I bought was not what i was getting. Moreso, I traded in a 2008 Dodge avenger for $8800 that I know they will turn around and sell for $16000..they never showed me the numbers for the trade in, basically as soon as i gave them the keys to look it over, i never saw the car again:( So the next day I asked to speak to the general manager, and "Duke" comes in. He says he is the general manager and that he is as high as it gets before Greg Rairdon (finding out later he is the sales manager). Well after discussing the situation with him he comes back and says " well we cant unwind sales" (*against company policy). He says that he will find another pick up matching exactly what I want and once more they will do a straight trade, meaning id get a truck (Dodge Dakota 4x4) for the same price. SO that was enough to make me happy. he apologized for the mix up and said he will fix it. Come in the next day to take a look at the truck and all should be well. So the next day i go in. ANd they have a great pick up for me. Just what i wanted. And when i said i can trade it, and thatd be fine..well then he throws a $15000 number at me. I said I thought this was a straight trade. ANd he says "what in the hell would give you the idea that I would straight trade a truck like that". He even is cocky and pushy enough to tell me, 'that I think i have the numbers figured out in my head and what is fair, but am just wrong'. He says that he has gone above and beyond to make me happy and paid SOOO much money to make me happy, fixing a speedometer and getting the other truck. I informed him that is what he said yesterday with my wife present and the salesman..and it became a their word vs mine. I told him I am not buying this truck for one penny more than what you said i could get it at.. So he counters with a $13000 number. I said NO..that is not happening. He said that is the absolute lowest he can go and that price will stand. Or i will be stuck with the other truck. I looked online on my phone and found the truck i was about to buy online advertised for $12,500 (from Monroe). I said NO that i will just go to Monroe then and buy it for $12,500 from Monroe. SO he counters again for $12000 and makes it clear to me that he has a valid contract and that he is being a nice guy by letting me trade in the ram for the 4x4..so i felt stuck and took the deal, pending a carfax report. And 3rd party inspection. Well he could not produce the carfax, he deliberately put me in the situation in front of the finance guy and late at night and said it would be a few days to get the carfax..he said there is something on there about a title mix up and that its clean. (its illegal to sell a salvaged title) he said it was not salvaged and legal to sell. SO stupidly I buy the truck without getting the carfax. When I went in a couple days later, the carfax showed structural damage and that it was salvaged. From having the truck I dont notice anything wrong with it. Basically i settled for a truck that they 'graciously' allowed me to have. When i went to a 3rd party mechanic to check the truck out, they said that there is likely a leak in the coolant as oil is getting in. and that the coolant system is low and dirty. A reason for the coolant getting in is likely a head gasket leak. So i have to go back to rairdons and let them know so they can fix it. Well they said they have no evidence of oil getting in and that they will fix the coolant situation, flush it and fill it, free of charge. So they gave me a rental and I had their car for a weekend and went back and my truck was not on their property, that it was in Monroe getting it fixed from where they got it from. Essentially it took a week to get my truck back. Then the truck a week or two later overheats on the road. And found out that the radiator was bad. They said they will 'split the cost' with me $500 on my end. So that got fixed and the truck seems to be fine for now and I decided that with the bad service I got every step of the way, i did not want to purchase the extended warranty. So opting out of that has taken 3 months now to do. I have had to go in two times to get the paper work signed, and all they need to do is send it on to my bank so it can be refunded. well that still has not happened. Even calling them to talk to someone in finance they dont pick up, or return calls. If I could go back in time..it likely would have happened again. Because they got me into a situation where I was getting a really good deal on a pick up..and once i signed they treated me no longer like a customer but much more of a liability. If you are considering going to rairdons I would make sure you use Rich (looks like he has alot of fans and good reviews) but just be careful of the fine print. I would give anything to unwind my truck and not have a vehicle than have the bad memories associated with the buying experience. More
Never go to this dealer, please make sure you review all the document before signing them mainly when working with Finance and manger ... they will say you can cancel any warranties you want at any time but the document before signing them mainly when working with Finance and manger ... they will say you can cancel any warranties you want at any time but they will not help you. I have to go there 5 times to get my warranties cancel and few more service. One time they took money for oil change but they did not do oil change and my car gave problem then i found that they did not do oil change. More
Absolutely the WORST service ever. It took them over 6 weeks to get a refund check back from my trade-in and no-one was willing or cared about helping me. Only were interested in making the sale and then weeks to get a refund check back from my trade-in and no-one was willing or cared about helping me. Only were interested in making the sale and then did not care once the deal was done. More

The dealership offered a great shopping experience. Richard, our slaes person was great to talk to. He even let us take the car out for a couple of hours with a gas coupon which was nice. One concern Richard, our slaes person was great to talk to. He even let us take the car out for a couple of hours with a gas coupon which was nice. One concern was that management folks showed up a little later in the day so I had to wait a little to get the deal final. Another nice thing was that I stoped by the dealership to sign some papers after a couple days and they offered a complementary car wash. In all I would recommend the dealership. More
We sold our car to them and after they inspected it and drove it entered into a written sales agreement for a price. Four days later they "discovered" additional damage and stated that they were reducing drove it entered into a written sales agreement for a price. Four days later they "discovered" additional damage and stated that they were reducing the agreed upon price by $3,200. As everyone knows if we had come back 4 days later and asked for a higer price they would have laughed and pointed to the written agreement. They paid off the car to our lender then a week later stopped the payoff. They now have the car and are refusing to buy it or honor THEIR agreement. More
