It is very difficult to summarize what a horrible experience I had at this place. For your own good..."buyer beware." Especially military, our lives are difficult enough as it is, we don't need pla experience I had at this place. For your own good..."buyer beware." Especially military, our lives are difficult enough as it is, we don't need places like this taking advantage of us. But unfortunately I learned the hard way. Internet/phone conversations were only meant to lure me in. They would provide no specifics through online/phone conversing, only come in, come in, come in and that's the only way they will answer questions/concerns. When I walked into the dealership I stated that I was interested in a specific vehicle I saw online. The guy told me to wait a minute while he got someone to help me. After 40 minutes a sales person approached me. There were only about 3 other customers there, so the extended wait was definitely not because they were too busy. And it is obvious why. Then I was just passed around from sales person to sales person (Brandy, Vinnie, Paul) every time I questioned anything that was either thrown in front of me to sign or if I asked for further clarification with any concerns. Basically they gave me the runaround. Every time I asked anyone a question they would just redirect it to someone else. Then when asked, they wouldn't have an answer so they would just start talking about something off topic. The finance office was no better. The same over the top and unnecessary pressure to stop asking questions and just "hurry up and sign" was the atmosphere. I was being hurried and rushed to just sign away from this Sonny character. I also received a rude lecture telling me not to worry about any details that I had concerns about because I was getting a great deal. He continued and said something along the lines that they are overpaying me for my trade-in, and he can't even believe that they are selling me the new vehicle at this price. He further stated I was lucky and should just be grateful because the dealership is losing so much money with my sale. All of this being said as he threw what I assumed was an invoice down on the desk. Even the GM, Chris made comments such as, "you better do this or else" and "I'm not in the business of repeating myself, I only say things once" to me. I think his dealership scare tactics are a little outdated. Everything said and done, I am embarrassed that I was taken advantage of by seasoned professionals who unnecessarily hassled me with anxiety and uncalled for pressure. But, I finally found a dealership that has a professional staff who is ethical and creates a comfortable and family friendly environment - West Hills Jeep in Bremerton. I just bought a new vehicle from them last week and couldn't be more satisfied and proud to (only) be their customer and a part of their family now :) More
I was dealing with Michael the internet sales manager. Agreed tot he price for a Jeep Sahara that was in the online add. I agreed to come all the way from Salem, OR for this. He also said it was a hard Agreed tot he price for a Jeep Sahara that was in the online add. I agreed to come all the way from Salem, OR for this. He also said it was a hard top, and it was not. We arrived at the dealership only to be told "Michael does not work Sundays." Why did you come when he is not scheduled? Because he did not tell me. Then they would not even honor the price that had been listed on the internet for a week and was still online today. They claimed out of nowhere that to get that deal, I had to be trading in a Volkswagen. Nowhere on their site does it mention that, and in no communication with Michael did he mention that. The Jeep was also missing its spare tire. Long story short we walked out and made a cash purchase of a slightly used Jeep at Chaplin Chevy in North Bend. Unbelievable that dealerships still pull this crap in 2013. I guess they can rob the easily pushed and those with bad credit. More
I had been looking for a good used vehicle and went to several dealerships. i got nothing but runarounds and frustration. It seemed that every where I went all they wanted to do was sell me what they want several dealerships. i got nothing but runarounds and frustration. It seemed that every where I went all they wanted to do was sell me what they wanted to sell me. After the third dealership and more frustration than I could handle me and my wife decided to try Rairdon's of kirkland. From the time we got there we noticed that the sales staff was listening to our needs and then began to show us vehicles that we had wanted to see from the start. We finally decided on a 2006 Ford Explorer, Eddie Bauer edition. They worked very hard to get us a great rate on the financing, beat the best offers we had on interest by over 10%, yes, you read that correctly, 10%. We ended up with a vehicle that was better than we thought we could get with payments that were well within our budget. I honestly never thought that buying anything from a dealership would actually be enjoyable. I will recommend Rairdon's to all of my friends and family. I have no doubt at all that when I am ready to buy again I will be going back to Rairdon's. If you think that shopping at a dealership is a hassle then you have not tried these guys yet. In the end I got a vehicle that was in fantastic condition and it was sold to me for below the blue book value. There are not enough wirds to tell you how happy and satisfied I am. Thank you to all of you at Rairdon's of Kirkland. Sincerely, Robert Davis More

Price of Jeep Wrangler was o/k, after the deal was made thing went bad. They did not clean the jeep well before I took it home, The sales person said they would put some gas in the tank before I go, had to thing went bad. They did not clean the jeep well before I took it home, The sales person said they would put some gas in the tank before I go, had to turn back to the dealership to get some gas. Once they took ownership of the truck I traded in they should let the people get there stuff out before they send them on their way home after the sale of the new vehicle. I have to bring the jeep back for some touch up interior work. I feel like I bought a used jeep with some miles on it instead of a new one. I did not have a good experience. More
I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and I was very impressed with the service from Nelson Guzman. I came in on the advertising vehicle and they honored the price that was in the ad. I have to say very impressed with the service from Nelson Guzman. I came in on the advertising vehicle and they honored the price that was in the ad. I have to say that I figured that I would not be able to buy the car I saw in the Seattle Times ad, however, Nelson walked me out immediately to show me the Overland that was on special. I absolutely love my new Overland. I previously owned a 2011 Overland that I had also purchased from Rairdon's of Kirkland. Overall I am very satisified with the service I received and the dealer delivered on what they promised. I have since referred friends and family to them. More
BEWARE - THEY WASTE YOUR TIME - I recently received a letter in the mail from Rairdon's Jeep that they would pay 133% of Kelley Blue Book Value for used Jeep Wranglers and give you a Starbucks Card if yo letter in the mail from Rairdon's Jeep that they would pay 133% of Kelley Blue Book Value for used Jeep Wranglers and give you a Starbucks Card if you stopped by regardless. Well I stopped by, received no Starbucks Card and what they told me the value of my jeep was at 133% is actually 50% of what Kelley Blue Book Wholesale says it's worth on-line and my Jeep is in excellent condition. It was a total waste of time, a bad business practice on their part, and I'll definitely never step foot in their dealership again - and I'm an avid Jeep guy. Scott More
