A bit different than other dealerships I’ve bought from in that they kept switching salespeople on us throughout the process. I would not recommend the Rairdon for any car purchase. "Culture of care" is a great corporate slogan, but a complete misnomer. Tried to buy a car for cash at their Subaru dealership in Auburn and the "Culture of care" is a great corporate slogan, but a complete misnomer. Tried to buy a car for cash at their Subaru dealership in Auburn and the sales manager is rude and obnoxious. We waited nearly 2 hours to sign documentation before we walked away, after being treated abysmally. I feel sorry for the salesperson who is being stiffed by a sales manager who has no concept of customer care. Clearly, he was only interested in selling brand new WRX's with all the upsell crap that increases his commission $$$. Cash is king? Not at Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn. Should have known better after a previous Rairdon's experience at their dealership in Kirkland. AVOID AVOID AVOID More

I bought a used 2012 F250 from the dealership. Pond driving it home. The brakes started to squeal. I also noticed the defrost did not work. It took them over four weeks to repair those two issues. They gave me a loaner that had some serious issues. It had a cracked windshield and I did not realize at the time and expired license plate. The car had a really bad pull to the right. The pull was caused by a tire that was separating from the sidewall on the inside of the tire. This was found after I drove the car for two weeks and had a slow leak on a different tire. I chose not to drive it from federal way to Kirkland to have them fix the tire and just had a new tire put on at Les Schwab. the dealership said they would reimburse me, but it has been five weeks and I have yet to receive a check from them any texts or messages I have left have not been returned More
