Amazing Experience! My experience at Rairdon's was a total surprise to me. I am one of those people who would never willingly go to a car dealership unless absolutely nec My experience at Rairdon's was a total surprise to me. I am one of those people who would never willingly go to a car dealership unless absolutely necessary because of some pushiness I have experienced in the past related to trying to purchase a car. I was a little fearful at first when we pulled up and saw the sales individuals waiting outside. My husband and I parked around back and started taking a look at the vehicles by ourselves. Jordan Hamblin (AWESOME GUY) was on his way somewhere else, but veered towards us to see if we needed any help. He was the best! He was never pushy and was super open to helping us find what we wanted. He listened and helped me find the car of my dreams. (Seriously....I LOVE MY CAR!) My husband can attest, I got a little nit picky but Jordan was the best. Joseph Henson was also super helpful....even as I broke down and needed an emotional moment of silence because I was so happy to be getting my new car. I have spoken a lot about the service we received because it was definitely not what I was expecting. I was expecting pushy and got attentive and listening sales people....I love Jordan and Joseph. On another note, the prices for the vehicles are pretty competitive. I did my research and looked at quite a few Jeep dealerships in the area and would still go back to Rairdons. Not at all a fan of video messaging or sales but really enjoyed the face to face experience I had with Jordan and Joseph. Loved that he was a Huskies fan as well. More

Reasonable scheduling, very good service, friendly stuff. I, personally, prefer to work with Lee as advisor and Sergey as mechanic - 100% positive experience. Poor Service Experiance Brought our new vehicle in for regular service (oil change, etc) as part of our new car routine service agreement, in addition the hands free phone sy Brought our new vehicle in for regular service (oil change, etc) as part of our new car routine service agreement, in addition the hands free phone system had failed and was no longer functioning so I was told we would have to wait almost 2 weeks before they could even inspect and rather than loaning us a vehicle that was 100% functional and not at risk for exceeding the service requirement in compliance with the warranty they asked to wait and bring the car in on the scheduled date, so we're already disappointed with the lack of proper customer care/service not to mention that wait time for a professional dealership service dept is excessive. Then when dropping off the vehicle we reminded them that it also required regular service and the service light was on in the dash. After a couple days of troubleshooting and calling to find out the status we were passed around and put on hold several times when a Service Advisor would answer they refused to provide any information indicating that we can only talk ti the assigned service advisor who was either busy, on the phone, out to lunch, etc. In our opinion that is also horrible customer service as anyone in that dept should be able to answer some questions and/or provide a status update when asked regardless if it's their customer or not as they work for the dealership so everyone is their customer. when arrive to pick up the vehicle they replaced the defective hands free phone part however did not do the the regular service and the light was still on the dash and all. We questioned this and the Service Advisor never included it in the ticket and we then had to sit in the lobby and wait for them to send it back in and get it done. Overall this seems to be poorly organized and lack of attention to detail by not only the Service Advisor but the technicians working on the vehicle for not noticing the light on the dash and indication when running diagnostics. More

But again, very friendly and assisted by the sales manager we found a good deal on a Jeep Cherokee that we drove Home. More

Aside from occasional gaps in communication (someone calls to say your part is in and it's actually not, for example) my experience there has been good as well.
