You are going home with a LoadStar theft-deterrent package, $700, whether you want it or not. We were told by the salesperson we could have it removed in Fiance. We couldn't! Not his fault. This was my second visit to this dealer, and it was a complete NIGHTMARE compared to the first time. My car is still under warranty, yet the parking sensor suddenly stopped working. I took it to the deal complete NIGHTMARE compared to the first time. My car is still under warranty, yet the parking sensor suddenly stopped working. I took it to the dealer to get it checked, and after ONE WHOLE DAY, they had the audacity to tell me I’d have to shell out around $300 just for a diagnosis because they assumed the sensor damage wasn’t covered by the warranty. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! The cost is OUTRAGEOUS and completely unreasonable! I will NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone EVER AGAIN! More
