Recently bought a new ram 2500 good price for the truck and trade. Sales staff clearly has little knowledge of the products they offer or where to find the information and offer little help to there new sa and trade. Had the manager ZIzi quote me for a goose neck hitch because they would not do it in the trade at a whopping $4000 when there Monroe store quoted me $1300 she was absolutely ignorant and clueless. I also was quoted good deal for a bedliner by Chelsea which was the normal price. And still waiting for a call back to schedule a time for a bed liner which I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed in the service that I was offered. More
Karl attempted to lure us into a dealership to sell a 2000mile used RAM 1500 as new. Then never showed up! Treated our family horribly. When confronted about it, Karl played it off and said that it was common for GMs to drive new vehicles as a company car but then sell them as new cars. He also told us he would not discount the vehicle anymore and either take it or leave it. Karl asked several more times if we were still going to come in. He went even as far as proclaiming he was doing us a favor coming in on his day off. He also said he wouldn't go into the dealership if we weren't serious about buying. We didn't reply, went against our instinct, and went in any way to deal with the GM Kevin Graham instead. We drove over an hour to find out this dealership was super ghetto, had little inventory, and wanted to sell you vehicles without ever seeing them. Karl thinks he is smooth-talking. At first, he gives you friendly and accommodating. Wait a bit longer, maybe ask an intelligent question or two, and Karl turns impatient, short, pushy, and lazy. Don't expect to get an honest, good deal with him. Other reviewers and people who said they did well with Karl were just outplayed and outwitted. Don't fall for it. Taylor "Red" is a fast-talking, blusterer who thinks that he can talk his way around a sale, when in fact, he doesn't want to lift a finger to get one. "Red" thinks he can sweet talk you into ignoring intelligence and data. More

Incompetent staff, broken promises, unable to fulfill even basic functions of a dealership in a timely manner (selling vehicles!). They push sales through at the end of the month for cash, then take close to a month to finalize the deal they rushed through; making me jump through hoops with different sales people, and everyone in their finance department. At different intervals, they repeated requests for information already provided from multiple different salesmen and financers. If you are still thinking about buying a car from them, make sure you don't go on vacation without cell service for a few days within a month of your transaction, or they might threaten you with legal action. Keep your cell phone handy! Every word that comes out of their mouth has been a lie. Quick to threaten; but still missing my check. A true stain upon the beautiful Kirkland skyline. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. If I could give them a negative rating I would. I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 brand new from Rairdon. My new truck had 200 miles on it. I traded a 2010 F give them a negative rating I would. I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 brand new from Rairdon. My new truck had 200 miles on it. I traded a 2010 Ford F350 in that had 180,000 miles. When I purchased my new truck I also purchased an extended warranty. This warranty was supposed to start after the factory 5 year 100,000 mile warranty expired. I made this clear as I had issues with my previous truck. The warranty they sold me ran at the same time as the factory warranty. Who would buy an extended warranty to run at the same time as the factory? Since I tow a trailer I wanted additional coverage as I had previous issues with my F350. I purchased an extended warranty at 120k miles on the F350. So I thought I be proactive. After nearly 3 weeks of dealing with Rairdon and no help from the general manager. I walked into the dealership and spoke to Kevin Gram a F&I manager. He was unhelpful and extremely rude. This is my third Dodge Ram. Eventually I would be purchasing a new one. As I tend to buy a new truck every 4 to 5 years. It is apparent this dealership has no long term interest in repeat or referral customers. More
