Avoid at all costs. We were lied to by our sales person and finance manager who they later fired. Felt held hostage and were assured repeatedly that we'd have bumper to bumper warranty with EVERYTHING cove and finance manager who they later fired. They wouldn’t let us get the car checked out, sold it to us with a lot of broken parts that they PROMISED would be covered by our warranty (and we specifically asked if the broken trunk they sold us would be covered, only to find that our car isn't even eligible for the warranty they promised us because of the high mileage so it's impossible now to upgrade to the warranty we paid for). We also found that our air conditioning has dead rats in it. Although we're grateful to finally be in contact with seemingly the one person at Rairdon's who is willing to find solutions, the solutions aren't satisfactory considering the entire premise we were sold on buying the car has turned out to be false. After speaking to 10 different people and getting caught in the loop of being referred to a GM who is never there, they've finally let us know we can trade our car in for a different one (which isn't a perfect solution considering we wanted the car we got and now have to pivot to whatever cars they have available on the lot). They have not offered to reimburse the air conditioning or the broken trunk. Instead, they offered for us to get the service done at their shop for "cheaper" (meaning we'd still have to pay out of pocket for the service that was allegedly covered under warranty), which is a horrible solution considering they've destroyed our trust. The most disappointing and frustrating car experience you can possibly have. If they were honest to us about the warranty and broken parts, we wouldn't have given them our business, and now we're stuck paying for a broken car while we wait to try to find a different car on their lot to trade while still feeling distrustful that the next car will be any better. I'd feel better about the whole thing if they reimbursed the costs to fix the air conditioning (since we have to have that fixed now as we have extended family in town who need the car by tomorrow) and let us trade in the car for one with less mileage so we can have the platinum warranty we were promised. More

I was made to run pillar to post for my grand Cherokee, this had been the worst experience for me buying car. Never again I'm buying anything in this dealer ship.
