My truck is a 2020 Ram 2500 Laramie edition that I bought out of state last summer. I took it to Rairdons for a recall issue. My service contact is Megahn Mansfield. I already knew her because my sister ta out of state last summer. I took it to Rairdons for a recall issue. My service contact is Megahn Mansfield. I already knew her because my sister tacks her 2015 challenger to her for service. We really like Megahn and all of her coworkers, they are very polite and helpful. was just in the CJDR dealer in Kirkland looking at the grand Cherokee 4xe. While I was sitting there, I could hear the employees I was working with, Abdul and Roemer talking trash and swearing about me b grand Cherokee 4xe. While I was sitting there, I could hear the employees I was working with, Abdul and Roemer talking trash and swearing about me behind the sales desk. If you can’t do the deal, just tell me you can’t do the deal, or at the very least be more secretive when you’re trash talking your clients. I cannot believe any company, even a car dealership would hire people like that. The number the customer service manager told me to follow up on doesn’t work! More
