Traded in a wonderful perfect car for another one. This deal was over the phone, photos were taken of the new car. I asked two different people there to tell me any accidents, damage, dents anything. In fact I got a video of the car but they skipped the damage. They drove the new car to drop it off and pick up my old car. The new car came... dent on the hood. It was in an accident. The bumper has a crack and paint damage. The side marker lights need to be replaced. It needs new breaks. I talked to the general manager on the phone before signing more papers. He told me to take it to my body shop and send an estimate. I did what he asked. Once he saw the est amount for all the damage, he turned on me and said no I will not pay for it up there. I will have someone come get the car drive it 5 hours back and have them fix it. He was rude in his email. He said someone will call and make arrangements. 6 days later I have not heard from them. They don't hold up to there promises. I would be careful buying from there. Check every thing out. Would never buy or suggest anyone to go there. Update. Took my car to les schwab, this car dealership lost all my trust. Now I need new breaks, alignment and I have under the car frame damage.. worst company ever More

My men, I came to see a used Jeep and a Toyota Roman Amanzio did a good reception at the first moment, grabbed the keys and walk out to shows the vehicle, offered a test driving and gave suggestions and explanation about extended warranty. Well I did not want to drive that vehicle in that moment. He told me was backing in side to grab the key for the second vehicle, when he came back he brought someone else that introduced as sales manager. That manager dressing like a trash and tattoo on his neck. Tried to push that Jeep I did not want and refused to show me the Toyota. So, I insisted to Roman and he told me if I want to see that car I could walk out by myself on parking lot. I was surprised with bad atitude of those people. I always had your business as reference when I am looking for cars. Hope your clients not running out! I see you soon buddy ! More

Poor workmanship. Poor customer service they messed up on my car up twice. I tried to call and talk with the service manager and he would not return my call.
