Lied about Recall I called to get a recall fixed on my Jeep. They told me that a part for the recall was on back order and they would not get it in for another two week I called to get a recall fixed on my Jeep. I called the Dodge/Jeep dealership in Burlington and they got me in within a couple days and said that the part was very available to all dealerships, when I told them of my experience with Rairdons they said that it happens often that they lie about not having parts so they don't have to do recalls. Extremely unprofessional! More

Jay, and Bruce are great! No pressure sales. They don't make you feel like you have to make a decision on the spot. Jay knows his cars, and can point you in the right direction for your next car. Deceptive Practices Our family had high hopes to be able to do business locally with this dealership since we live locally and want to be supportive. One of the managers was unbelievably deceptive and outright lied about a conversation in which he made a very offensive accusation. His cockiness and ability to manipulate is impressive....in a bad way. I DO NOT recommend this company (and came to find there are a lot of horror stories from others). We have heard nothing but encouraging feedback from Dave Smith in Kellogg ID and will make the 6 hour trek there to buy our new truck. More
