Having purchased my "06 Charger in 2010 at Rairdon's I was crushed when in Dec '24 my beloved "06 Charger began acting oddly. After setting an appointment with Richard I brought the car to the service dep was crushed when in Dec '24 my beloved "06 Charger began acting oddly. After setting an appointment with Richard I brought the car to the service department and Jake signed me in. Later that day I got the dreaded call from Jake to confirm the Charger had blown a head gasket and so was headed for the great racecar home in the sky. Bad news but then Tom took over and guided me into my next vehicle. The purchase was handled to my satisfaction and I am telling everyone of my experience. Thanks Richard, Jake, and Tom for making a bad situation better. More

I was stranded in bellingham with a dead battery and was able to make it to the Rairdon's Jeep dealer. Claire was super helpful and got me a loaner car to get back to Seattle. Over the weekend another membe able to make it to the Rairdon's Jeep dealer. Claire was super helpful and got me a loaner car to get back to Seattle. Over the weekend another member of the service department Ian called me and explained I needed a new battery and along with that new battery a required ($200) software update. I pushed back to inquire why my car would need a software update with a new battery to "work" and he just kept reiterating that the car WOULD not work without the software. $900+ later for (diagnostic, battery, and software update) and a couple of calls I found out there's no way that new software would be charged for unless it was not a required update. Nor would I need software for a new battery to work with my vehicle. Will not return and did not enjoy being mislead. More
