Service department has been absolutely awful to work with. They misdiagnosed my vehicle in December, after spending $650 for a new battery. A few months later, the same issue came up, and I was quoted $1200 for a different diagnosis. I was told an ETA on a part that was pushed back 3 weeks. I asked multiple times for a loaner vehicle, and was not accommodated at all, even though I had been told I would be on multiple occasions. I was told they could “upgrade” my part arrival, but would need to pay extra for that part, even though it was supposed to arrive several weeks earlier. I am extremely dissatisfied with this service department. I purchased my vehicle from the dealership, but will not be going back for any more service or vehicle purchases. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else. More

The sales team is outstanding in ensuring that we get the right vehicle and within our budget and a fair trade when trading in an older vehicle. They truly care about their customers going for the long term relationship rather then just the immediate sale. If you are looking for service or to purchase a new or used vehicle you will be impressed with how you are treated and taken care of. More
Hello, On Dec. 1, 2022 I received an email from Rairdon's Chrysler of Bellingham, WA recommending maintenance and offering on oil change and tire rotation for $ 1, 2022 I received an email from Rairdon's Chrysler of Bellingham, WA recommending maintenance and offering on oil change and tire rotation for $19.99.The package included Non=synthetic oil, filter, and installation, rotate tires front to rear, and a multi=point inspection. I scheduled an appointment for Dec. 29 at 1pm. The appointment was confirmed and 2 reminder emails were sent to me. When I showed up at Rairdon's, the check-in guy told me he would not be able to meet that price. I told him, among other things, that I would not have made the appointment if I didn't expect to get that price. This was on an offer that Rairdon initiated. After a discussion, he agreed to perform the advertised services for the advertised price. I went into the waiting room to wait. 2 hours later (you will remember I had made an appointment) I went back to the service desk wondering what was going on. It turned out that the work on my car had not been begun, although I watched a guy who had pulled in after me leave, the work on his car finished. As you can imagine, this was pretty upsetting, so I took my car and left, without having any of the promised work done. This was on a car I had purchased new from this dealership. If this is an example of the sort customer "service" you provide, I will be surprised if you manage to remain in business, and am amazed you have done so as long as you have. Timothy More
Horrible experience with these guys! ! Got my jeep Cherokee little over a year! Since day one the car was sold to me with problems with shifter and motor!! They failed to service under ! They failed to service under warranty.. then they keep my car from me for a month and charge me 1,800.00!! When they kept it for 2 1/2 weeks before even touching my car!! They go and do other “maintenance labor” that had nothing to do with what I brought the car in for! Not to mention they blew me up texted me, called me and emailed me telling me to bring my car in.. if I knew they would have done this I would have worked on it myself!! But they PROMISED under warranty and then charge xxxx. Near 2 grand More
This place is a nightmare. I bought a car 13 days ago that had the tire pressure sensor broken. They told me that they would contact me a few days later to fix the issue, as I I bought a car 13 days ago that had the tire pressure sensor broken. They told me that they would contact me a few days later to fix the issue, as I have an after purchase repair order. Nobody called or reached out to me, so after a few days I call asking for them to call me back and to set up an appointment to get it fixed. They then called me and told me that instead of bringing it into them I can take it to any Les Schwab and get it repaired and have it invoiced back to them. I go to Les Schwab and they give me a weird look when I tell them that Raridons told me to have them invoice them for the repairs. The manager of Les Schwab then tells me that he called them and NOW they want to do the repairs in house. After wasting 2 hours of my time there I head back to the Raridons to set up an appointment to get it fixed a few days later. The day comes and they have my car for 5 hours, when Jimmy said it would be like a 3-4 hour operation. I get here and the parts are not even ordered, so I spent 5 hours waiting for my car to be repaired and when I show up in person is when he chose to order the parts. When I bought the car I was told that parts where ALREADY on their way. Jimmy said he would call me later that night to set up an appointment (he didn’t call me back). The next day he says that I can come in for an hour and they will repair my car. If you had to order the parts when I was there, how could they have possibly arrived the next morning?? I’m writing this review in their lobby, wondering why I have had to wait for 2 hours to get 4 sensors fixed. (I just went and asked Jimmy and he said it’s going to be another 20 minutes) Don’t go to this place, they are sleazy and just down right unprofessional. More
Liars ---- I bought a Used 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie 34K miles. They lied about the vehicle's warranty . It turned out it was a Canadian vehicle therefore Chrysler USA would not warranty the Vehicle. The salesman was OK but the "closer" was a slick, fast talking , liar. After I drove it for a few days, less than 150 miles, took it in to fix several electronic issues. Service department said NO Warranty!! I had no recourse . NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, MAKE PROMISES THEN DON'T REFORM . i WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER BUY A DODGE AGAIN. . More
Called for a service appointment because the compass on my 2019 Jeep is not working correctly. The earliest appointment they had was 3 WEEKS out. The last time I was there it took them 1.5 hours to do an o my 2019 Jeep is not working correctly. The earliest appointment they had was 3 WEEKS out. We were interested in a couple of different vehicles we saw online but Merrick really turned up the charm and convinced us that it was worth spoiling ourselves a bit and going for a bit better than our pre saw online but Merrick really turned up the charm and convinced us that it was worth spoiling ourselves a bit and going for a bit better than our pre-approval limit. Because, gosh darn it, we are worth it. So we all jumped in the car and Merrick topped off the gas with a card provided by Rairdon. We got on the highway when the sky darkened and ominous music started playing. Merrick's gaze turned steely and in a quiet, measured voice he ordered me to pull over. He jumped out of the car and seemingly out of nowhere pulled a Katana and held it up. He was taut...on edge...ready for anything. Which seemed ridiculous because we were all alone on the highway. Just as I was processing the fact that we were ALONE on the highway, it happened. A wave of Zombie Ninja Velociraptors came hurtling at the car, and when they were almost within reach Merrick came spinning in, blade flashing like lightning, raptor limbs flying around us like grass being thrown from a mower. It was glorious. Not a single Raptor managed to touch the car. We drove back silently and I immediately bought the 2018 Nissan Sentra. It was the least I could do. Oh yeah, and Austin was awesome when I went to pick up my license plate. He didn't fight zombies or anything, but he was quick to help and got the plates on my car in no time. And I think he punched a pterodactyl that was getting a little too close, but that's a story for another day. - Shawn More
