I was stranded in bellingham with a dead battery and was able to make it to the Rairdon's Jeep dealer. Claire was super helpful and got me a loaner car to get back to Seattle. Over the weekend another member of the service department Ian called me and explained I needed a new battery and along with that new battery a required ($200) software update. I pushed back to inquire why my car would need a software update with a new battery to "work" and he just kept reiterating that the car WOULD not work without the software. $900+ later for (diagnostic, battery, and software update) and a couple of calls I found out there's no way that new software would be charged for unless it was not a required update. Nor would I need software for a new battery to work with my vehicle. Will not return and did not enjoy being mislead. More

He worked with me to plan a schedule for repairs and maintenance that I could make work, ensured my safe use of the vehicle between appointments, guaranteed the availability of the parts I needed, and welcomed my questions without condescension. Gabriel explained the services and repairs I needed to my satisfaction without making me feel ignorant for not understanding all the details at first. Ian was very helpful in making me feel like this dealership and these people are who I want to continue to work with moving forward. My husband says this 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk we bought new and loaded is the best car he's ever had and I agree. When it comes time to interact with a dealer, we'll be returning to Bellingham for sure. More

I had been calling all over the state trying to find some touch-up paint for our Charger's, which is apparently very hard to find these days. I called Rairdon's and spoke to Mr. Rentschler and he found exact touch-up paint for our Charger's, which is apparently very hard to find these days. I called Rairdon's and spoke to Mr. Rentschler and he found exactly what I needed and made sure I got it with no problems. He was very helpful.
