I took my new Ram in for a service issue and Tony my service writer went the extra mile to make sure my issue was resolved. We went for a test drive and the problem popped up again. He immediately resea service writer went the extra mile to make sure my issue was resolved. We went for a test drive and the problem popped up again. He immediately researched my issue further at his workstation and found I needed a software update. Most service writers would have tried to send me on my way without making sure I, the customer, was taken care of. Leaving me with bringing my truck back again. The only reason I gave this dealer 4 stars is because there is no loaner car program. They do have a shuttle but the hours they run, do not work for me.and my schedule. As far as Tony’s rating in service? 5 stars! More
Took my 2010 ram 3500 into this dealership to have a P0601 code checked which was a ECM CHECSUM which affects the ECM, was told it had a different code, after taking truck to a different dealership they P0601 code checked which was a ECM CHECSUM which affects the ECM, was told it had a different code, after taking truck to a different dealership they confirmed it was the P0601 Code, they gave me a copy of all codes that were showing and there was No Code that Rairdon’s had said, These People are Crooks! Will Never Go There Again, I have contacted the BBB AND REPORTED THEM! More

It was a good visit. I got my oil changed. I asked about repairing my cab light because of leaking and staining my headliner. They said they needed it for a full day to p I got my oil changed.
