From the moment we walked on the lot at Smokey Point Rairdon's Adam was very friendly and attentive to what I was looking for. I spent the next few days researching the car and shopping around for the best deal. Adam called a couple times to follow-up but was never pushy. He offered to let me take the car for a few hours to see how it would accommodate my 7 month old with his car seat and all his gear. Adam was very knowledgeable about all the features of the Journey and even programmed the radio stations and set up the U Connect phone system for me (just for my test drive). A couple days later I heard from the manager, Brian and we were able to negotiate a deal over the phone with an email confirmation. When I arrived to finalize the deal I knew exactly what I was getting and there were no surprises. Everyone worked as quickly as possible to help me get out the door with my new car in time to put my little one to bed. Jared and Vincent were great! We came in to look at used Jeep Wrangler Unlimiteds (4 doors) because they had several to look at. They asked what was important to us and walked around the lot showing us all the 2010s available. They also went online to show us what was available at other Rairdon dealerships. Brian worked with us on the value of our trade in and showed us the details of how he arrived at the value. We were looking for a little more on the trade in, but the price of the new one was so good that it made up for it. Joey worked with us on the financial part of the deal and we had to pick up a kid at babysitting so he really cranked out the paperwork!!
