I was interested in purchasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee (Rugged Brown Overland Summit, hemi, with the off-road package). Vincent Porter, the Internet Sales Manager at Rairdon's responded to my internet query within hours. After a quick conversation he miraculously (truly) found the exact vehicle I was looking for (the only one available within a 1000 miles). He offered me a great price (well below MSRP) and a fair trade-in on my used vehicle. All of this was accomplished via phone and email. I was able to complete the paperwork at the dealership in a relatively short amount of time. Vincent had everything ready and most of the paperwork already completed. (The finance manager was also very courteous and helpful, got me a great interest rate and did not try to up sell me any unwanted warranties, etc). Vincent worked very hard to make sure that our new vehicle was delivered the next day, beautifully prepped and ready just in time for me and my sweetie to simply pick up with an exchange of keys, then out for a special concert @ Chateau Ste. Michelle. Vincent went the extra mile in so many ways for us - he even made sure that there was plenty of gas in the tank so that we would not have to stop and fill up before the concert. I received a phone call on 5/22/11 from Vincent Porter after putting an inquiry in for a Jeep Patriot online. He called as he was walking out the door and was very rude to me about my inquiry. We still after putting an inquiry in for a Jeep Patriot online. He called as he was walking out the door and was very rude to me about my inquiry. We still drove to the dealer on 5/23/11 to give him another chance. Vince was friendly for roughly 15 minutes before he began to get frustrated because we wanted more for our trade-in and wanted a lower payment than we were being offered. As we dealt with him, the frustration built and he finally yelled at us because we would not accept the terms that were being offered. We do not feel that the team wanted to give us a better deal nor did they actually want our business. We gave them a number from the beginning of what we wanted for a payment and they never tried to match it. We ended up going to the Kirkland dealer and purchasing a 2011 Jeep Patriot Sport for the payment we wanted and we were given $2000 more for our trade-in than what Smokey Point offered. More
