The entire staff was friendly, relaxed, and professional. Never once did we feel any stress or pressure to close on a deal. A special shout-out goes to our salesman, Earl Davis, who displayed honesty and integrity rarely seen at an auto dealer. Our car needed to have some post purchase clean-up items accomplished and he continued to keep us informed throughout the process. Bought new Fiat 500X Salesperson was excellent. Manager also good. But finance person was very "scattered" and tried to overcharge me. Used some lame excuse to explain bef Salesperson was excellent. Manager also good. But finance person was very "scattered" and tried to overcharge me. Used some lame excuse to explain before correcting $800 mistake. Not only was he condescending (but never clear to someone who minored in accounting), he didn't just apologize and fix error. He bumbled around for minutes before he perhaps realized I was simply not going to sign paperwork. Good dealer. Great salesperson. Crap finance. More

They were very gracious with me, covered the fee anyways while I made phone calls diving into what the problem and miscommunication was. Very thankful!! Excellent service! Will come back. More
