Flawless deal. Steve, the GM was great to work with. Due to my schedule, I asked him, in the beginning, to get everything set up with my husband. He was in constant communication with him over every area of to my schedule, I asked him, in the beginning, to get everything set up with my husband. Was a little disappointed that they were ready to give our Alfa back to us without verifying the main problem that we had. We had brought this in three times now. With a little persuasion, they decided to our Alfa back to us without verifying the main problem that we had. We had brought this in three times now. With a little persuasion, they decided to dig further into the problem which they were finally able to duplicate, hopefully it’s fixed. Also, since I was bringing the car in for a warranty issue, I thought I would go ahead with the second service which included an oil change, cabin filter replacement, and a brake flush. If I would have know that this service, with 7400 miles on the car, was over $900 dollars I would have opted out. Guess I’ll be performing these services in the future myself for a lot less. More
