Very nice team Everyone from RJ to your Sales Manager, Finance Manager and everyone on the floor were wonderful. Fair dealership very polite and approachable. Very good hospitality. everything was good with exception of the detailing of the car. I recommend to improve cleaning q very polite and approachable. I recommend to improve cleaning quality of new sold vehicles. steering wheel has dirt stain. also the protective coating was applied while the dirt is still in it. Sales representative did notice it too and gave back to get it detailed better. however there where still dirt and mad stain marks after the second time. dirt marks where not huge however if a person is a little concern of having a clean brand new car it may be a something to improve on. The manuals where not in the vehicle. talked to the sales representative and she's very polite and very helpful. she will be mailing it :). refreshments were good as well. Very awesome to keep this going in every dealership :). vehicle prices were very reasonable. Anyways, it was good doing business with Rairdon's FIAT of Kirkland. More
Best Dealership Ever! I had a great experience with Rairdon's! I first spoke to Rich Regan on the Dodge Jeep Ram side or the dealership. He talked over some rebates and num I had a great experience with Rairdon's! I first spoke to Rich Regan on the Dodge Jeep Ram side or the dealership. He talked over some rebates and numbers with me to give me a rough idea of what I'd be looking at, and then referred me to Martin Hadley on the Fiat side of the dealership. It was so refreshing to work with Martin! My understanding is he's the sales manager rather than only a salesman. We spoke on the phone a couple times to decide which model features etc I wanted, then I went it for a test drive. Working with Martin and Rich was great because they're both just regular dudes! No 'showmanship' per se or tricks or any of that irritating car salesman stuff. Martin owns a Fiat as does his wife and Rich also drives a vehicle purchased from the dealership. Throughout the test drive Martin told me about a few features, but mostly we discussed his personal experiences owning and maintaining a Fiat. He was very upfront with me about the prices he pays for parts (tires etc) and walked me through basic maintenance (when to get the oil etc changed). We did more chatting than anything, which really put me at ease. Personally I don't like a salesman to throw pitches and things at me when I'm trying to relax and see how I feel driving a new car. After I had selected my car, Martin was again very upfront about available rebates-- at the time I purchased my car Fiat was doing some kind of $3,000 rebate, and he immediately told me about it and deducted it from the price of my car. I thought I was going to have to haggle and then reveal that I knew about the coupon to get a better deal! My trade-in was in ROUGH shape. Despite only getting $2,500 for a 2010 car (really, it wasn't worth much more, I feel like I got a fair price), Martin did his homework and found that if I kept my new loan with my previous credit union, I'd get a much better deal. I really appreciated him going above and beyond like that without me asking. Throughout the process, Rich was kept in the loop since I initiated my purchase with him. I appreciated that I didn't feel like these guys were fighting to get my commission-- they worked together crunching numbers and talking to find the best possible scenario for me. In the end, I drove off with a 2015 Fiat 500 Pop with a manual transmission. I got what is in my opinion a jaw-dropping price, payments I can still afford, and the dealership has been fantastic in keeping in touch and making sure I'm happy. I don't ever want to buy a car from anyone other than Rich Regan or Martin Hadley! More

There is no question but that Martin Hadley surpassed the competition in every possible way. The deal was clear. The car was exactly what I wanted. Every question was answered promptly and clearly. The customer service -- including delivering the car to me at my place of work in Tacoma -- was outstanding, and it continues to be outstanding as he remains responsive to my questions and attentive to customer service. My son went to Rairdon's to hammer out a deal for my new 2014 500L Lounge. Instead Martin bent over backwards to give us just what we wanted and we were able to close the deal the same evening. All the folks there were low key and friendly. I would give the dealership very high marks in all areas and I highly recommend them. I was also surprised at the after sales service. They have encouraged me to come in any time for tutorials on anything. Great experience. More
This was the worst car rip off I was ever evolved in. Sold me a car with metal to metal screeching breaks, a terrible oil leak which was claimed to be fixed and a bunch of other problems. Marci lied straight to my face when she said the oil leak was fixed up. Overall I spent over 1500 on top of purchase price to fix up the safety issues on the car. When I came back they tried to buy it back for half price of what I paid. Stay away from this dealership!!!! More

He gave me many options to drive the car, show my wife the car, check it out on my own, and go home to do some more thinking before I made the actual purchase. Before this purchase I test drove several cars over a period of 2 months and finally made my purchase at Rairdons because they had what I wanted at the right price and the right atmosphere. I also needed to have a small chip repaired right after the purchase and they did a great job! I will recommend this dealership! More
I have been fortunate to buy quite a few new cars in my life and James is perhaps the best sales person I have worked with. He never pushed me to do more than I was ready for, had good and accurate inform life and James is perhaps the best sales person I have worked with. He never pushed me to do more than I was ready for, had good and accurate information, he was very responsive when I had a question, neither he nor the dealership tried to "up-sell" me, and he worked hard to get me a price I consider very fair for the Fiat as well as my trade-in. No question I would seek him out in the future. I truly hope the service department will come close to being as honest, easy to work with and responsive as James Potts. More
There are only two places in town where you can buy Fiats and after looking around at other cards such as Mini’s, I was pretty sure the Fiat was what I wanted. I dropped by last Saturday and was greeted by salesperson Martin Hadley. Martin was laid back, friendly and helpful throughout the day. I don’t respond to pushy salespeople and I wouldn’t have stayed long if I had felt at all pressured. Buying a car is not a fun experience, it’s a long day and a lot of back and forth but Martin made it as easy as possible. I ended up just going for the great deal they offered me and getting my new Fiat. It’s only been a week but I’ve already been followed up with twice to make sure I am enjoying the car and everything is all right with it. Overall, a great car buying experience. More
