We came to the dealer for services on our RAM 3500 campervan. They are straightforward and detailed in quotes without pressures for additional services. Rainier Dodge Olympia treated both my brand new vehicle & myself adversely by the Sunday/Monday team & by the owner's son. It was not ok. My new vehicle was damaged by their detailer & I was insulted & gasli myself adversely by the Sunday/Monday team & by the owner's son. It was not ok. My new vehicle was damaged by their detailer & I was insulted & gaslit about it. Also concerns for strange noises & a part missing was not addressed by anyone of both teams I dealt with, given different possibilities of why, which was confusing & disappointing. They didn't even try to get to the bottom of my concerns, to include the owner's son giving false reasons as I later called Dodge HQ to look up my vin# & they said they had no idea what he was talking about so I was blatantly lied to. I was gaslit about the damage done by their detailer's abrasive brush & filthy barbaric machine a new car has no reason to be put through. I will never trust this dealership in the future & am very shocked, disappointed, & can only hope my horrible memory of buying a new car for the first time in my life can be rubbed out by professional detailing Rainier Dodge Olympia refused to pay for, even though their dealership CAUSED it. Shame on them. More
