Bad Bad Dealership. Nothing but a bunch of snake oil salesman! What a joke. Go to Gillis (Shelton)/ Campbell's (Centrailia)/ Fivestar (Aberdeen)/ Tacoma Dodge. There is plenty in the land of healthy com salesman! What a joke. Go to Gillis (Shelton)/ Campbell's (Centrailia)/ Fivestar (Aberdeen)/ Tacoma Dodge. There is plenty in the land of healthy competition and a good buy. This establishment is half a@# at best! Spend your hard earned money where they actually respect you and treat you like a person rather than a sucker! At this dealership you will always pay way too much! I don't care what smoke their blowing up you know what. You have been warned, go somewhere else. More
Purchasing a new vehicle is a large investment for anyone. When I purchased my new truck from Rainier Dodge I expected good customer service after the sale. The service I received from Rainier Dodge anyone. When I purchased my new truck from Rainier Dodge I expected good customer service after the sale. The service I received from Rainier Dodge (at all levels) was way above my expectations. At the time of my purchase, I also purchased a "life time" service agreement. No matter how often I brought my truck in for service, I was well received and the work performed by the service technicians was always OUTSTANDING. They treated my vehicle as it was their own. Whenever I traveled, I brought my vehicle in to Rainier Dodge and they always gladly went over my entire vehicle to make sure it was safe for the highway. I have purchased several new vehicles in various parts of the country, and I can say without reservation that Rainier Dodge provided my with the best customer service of any other dealership. I personally DO NOT like buying vehicles, but Rainier Dodge made my transaction an enjoyable one. I would definitely buy from Rainier Dodge again. John Dion More
Very poor customer service. Not good at working on vehicles either. I took a car there for a short, they had it for a week and couldn't figure it out. Tacoma Dodge fixed it same day. Rainier dodge is vehicles either. I took a car there for a short, they had it for a week and couldn't figure it out. Tacoma Dodge fixed it same day. Rainier dodge is a bunch of creeps. Sales department doesn't do enough volume to get near the prices that you can get in Puyallup. They try bait and switch. The are real creeps. I don't recommend them unless you are looking for poor quality work. More
Rear end went out 3 days after purchase and upon returning it to have them fix it the manager was rude and defensive. After the repairs, we started to experience transmission slippage and when we to returning it to have them fix it the manager was rude and defensive. After the repairs, we started to experience transmission slippage and when we took it back to the dealership we had to pay for the replacement of catalytis converters. Experiencing slippage again we took it back and they said nothing was wrong with it. Recently more problems have surfaced with this truck due to the slipping. This truck has been a question mark since day 3 and on day 4 when I asked about trading it in on a different truck the manager was unwilling. Though the service and sales person we dealt with were friendly, the upper management has no sense of customer service. More
