I would never buy a car from here. Ever. Want to know how they make all their money? If you look at the sticker on the windshield the bottom number will say something like 91 or 23 or whatever. That number reversed is what the price is so if the sticker says 72, then they are selling it for 27,000.00 When you ask the salesmen how much the car is they will tell you its like a few thousand dollars more than that. The truth is the dealership paid a lot less for the car than what they are trying to sell for so pretty much when they give you a bogus price they are just trying to take money from you. As for the new cars, when i asked the sales guy he said that the selling price is the "second sticker" which is nothing but pure profit for them. what they actually paid for the car and what it actually should be is about 2,000 less than the MSRP price. They keep trying to rip people off so I'd never buy anything from them. More

This is the third car we have purchased from Rainier Dodge and they never cease to amaze me with their customer service and fair sales. I was actually going to purchase a different brand from another d Dodge and they never cease to amaze me with their customer service and fair sales. I was actually going to purchase a different brand from another dealership and was treated so poorly and they trade to rip me off. I was so mad and decided I needed to go back to Rainier Dodge where I knew they would be fair and do everything possible to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I ended up driving off in a brand new Charger with all the extras I wanted for a very fair price. All the staff members have a positive attitude and don't try to force you into something you don't want and they treat you with respect. I cannot recommend Rainier Dodge and their team to people enough. It is very rare to find a dealership that treats you right from the day of purchase, through every service visit to the parts department. I enjoy every visit and someone always takes the time to see how we are doing and if everything is right with our car. Thank you More

So unhappy with service!! They did not do work they billed my warranty company for. They did front end replacement as well as ball joints and u joints and never aligned my truck (but they billed my war billed my warranty company for. No matter how often I brought my truck in for service, I was well received and the work performed by the service technicians was always OUTSTANDING. They treated my vehicle as it was their own. Whenever I traveled, I brought my vehicle in to Rainier Dodge and they always gladly went over my entire vehicle to make sure it was safe for the highway. I have purchased several new vehicles in various parts of the country, and I can say without reservation that Rainier Dodge provided my with the best customer service of any other dealership. I personally DO NOT like buying vehicles, but Rainier Dodge made my transaction an enjoyable one. I would definitely buy from Rainier Dodge again. John Dion More

Very poor customer service. Not good at working on vehicles either. I took a car there for a short, they had it for a week and couldn't figure it out. Tacoma Dodge fixed it same day. Sales department doesn't do enough volume to get near the prices that you can get in Puyallup. They try bait and switch. The are real creeps.
