They were very charming when doing the finance. However, the car was worse then a used car upon delivery. Filthy. Took in in for Northwest treatment ($700). They gouged the paint. Took it in for gouge repair by independent provider and fixed. As for sale/finance, problemis: Once they have the contract: Beware!! They set you up for failure! I never received a statement. I called about payment...nothing. A week later I called again: Nothing. Finally I heard from someone after I called on week three: Was told to call the number on a webpage by salesperson. Called the number: Payment was 6 days late!!!!!!! Chrysler took care of it: Rainier Dodge did not give a xxxx. My credit score is around 800 and they almost xxxxed it up. Done with them. No more. Worst service dept ever. Worst service dept. ever. Could care less attitude, rude, combative. That's fine, but I will never purchase another vehicle through this dealership. Worst service dept. ever. recall notice/appointment made yet work not done until ??? After making an appointment for a factory recall one would expect the work to have been completed. Dropped off my new vehicle (under 3000 miles) after After making an appointment for a factory recall one would expect the work to have been completed. Dropped off my new vehicle (under 3000 miles) after hours on Tuesday. I first called Wednesday, the day of the appointment, to find out business hours to pick up my vehicle and to check on the status. Unfortunately I Only found out that the service counter blamed the lady who scheduled the appointment. The recall notice said 7 hours to complete. I was told 7 hours is not enough it is more like 12. Were they planning to take out the entire engine and everything else under the hood? Friday I tried to call, a total of 4 times, with no luck in getting a return call. After waiting over 4 hours still without a return call I was able to have someone check in and finally finding out it is still not done and wont be done! A phone call with an explanation at any point would have eliminated all of this. I would not have been pleased but would have dealt with it. Instead, after poor customer service I felt like my only option was to demand a loaner vehicle be delivered to me. Why did not a single person from the dealership call to update me. I should not have had to contact the service manager to get an answer. Needless to say, I will NOT be recommending Rainier Dodge to anyone and am extremely hesitant to have them do any future service work. More

Dishonest/non-accountability I brought my vehicle (Dodge Sprinter) in for repair. The next day I noticed body damage to the right rear of the vehicle which I know occurred while I brought my vehicle (Dodge Sprinter) in for repair. The next day I noticed body damage to the right rear of the vehicle which I know occurred while the vehicle was under their "supervision"; they had taken the vehicle for a lengthy test drive. When I presented this problem to them they told me they would review their "cameras" (in the shop, I assume) and they told me they so no evidence that it happened there. Undoubtedly the damage occurred when they were out on the "test drive". There is obviously a culture of dishonesty and lack of accountability at Rainier Dodge. Who knows what other (under the hood) f--- ups they do not disclose. A highly disappointing experience. More

They transposed numbers on the payoff amount and underpaid the bank. Three weeks later I get a bill for $1000 in the mail. They did nothing to correct their mistake. Was there a few days ago and they had one on the showroom floor with the MSRP listed at 65k and a separate sticker in the corner stating "adjusted market value" of $25k. This should be illegal and I cannot understand why it's not. Good luck finding a sucker to pay 90k for a 65k car, absolutely despicable! It's apparent greed is the driving force behind this dealership! More
Gregg in Sales went above and beyond!!! My husband and I went to Rainier Dodge to trade in my 2008 Dodge Ram for a newer model and I was certain that I knew exactly what I wanted. I liked t My husband and I went to Rainier Dodge to trade in my 2008 Dodge Ram for a newer model and I was certain that I knew exactly what I wanted. I liked the simplicity of my old truck and wanted to keep things anti-tech in my new truck. My husband and I worked with Gregg and he found a new truck in Oregon that meet most, if not all of the "must-haves" on my list. We made the purchase, the truck was shipped up and I took it home. Despite it being the exact truck I "thought" I wanted, a Tradesman model, I found that the lack of a multi-way adjustable seat caused my back to hurt and knew within a day that this truck was not going to work. I know that once the purchase is done, the dealer is under no obligation to accept it back, but we called anyway, and much to my surprise (!!!!!!), Gregg said to bring it back, and he would provide a new truck loaner until we came up with the right fit for me! We sat down that weekend and revisited the available models and Gregg urged me to consider the Dodge Ram Outdoorsman model...it was a bit more "techy" than I wanted, but everything else on my list of "must-haves", and "would-be-nice-to-have" matched. Gregg even located a model in my top choice color! He went ahead and ordered the truck from the other dealer and when it arrived, he assured me that if it wasn't perfect, we would keep looking. We took it home for the weekend and I was in love!!! It took a few days to get the paperwork squared away since the loan and registration for the first purchase had already gone through, but the fact that Gregg and Rainier Dodge were even willing to go through the hassle was amazing! I can hardly describe how much I love my new truck...and I am even getting more accustomed to the technology and enjoying it! Gregg really went above and beyond to make us happy and he has my highest recommendation if you are looking to purchase a new or used car! My family has also used their service department for more than three years now and never had an issue. They have always been flexible with scheduling, direct with repair costs and what needed to be done vs what could wait, and answered every question in a way we could understand. More
Do not use their Service Department. I have a 2006 Dodge Durango. It was acting strange poor mileage etc. I drop it off and get a call. They said I needed Software update, Injector/Throttle Body Clea Dodge Durango. It was acting strange poor mileage etc. I drop it off and get a call. They said I needed Software update, Injector/Throttle Body Cleaning, Spark plugs, Tranny Service, Coolant Flush, Brake lines Flushed, and some Broken Exhaust bolts replaced. 1622.00 Later and 2 days without my truck. I drove it off the lot and didn’t get 10miles when the engine light came on and the Lurching it was doing was still there!!! I did some research and found that the EGR Valve was the issue. 40.00 and 1 hour of my time and it was fixed. The Truck runs like a dream now!!!! So Don’t Trust this dealership! I put my trust in them and I got taken. I feel like I was robbed. All I got was a sorry. I took it to the dealer thinking I could trust them. What I don’t understand is I’m not a Mechanic and I solved the issue myself with 40.00. And the people that work on these cars every day couldn’t even after they stole 1622.00 from me. I will not deny that some of the things they did were needed but come on! They saw me coming. The GM wouldn’t even respond to my Email. More
