Communication was inconsistent. I had to call multiple times for updates which ranged from my car would be ready same day to it will be nearly 2 weeks before it is ready. I also called to ensure there was wiper fluid added to my car. When I checked at pickup, there was not. This is the second time my car has been serviced here without checking my wiper fluid.
