Cost increases multiple times throughout the year. I never receive a check list of what was performed and the condition each item is. I do not trust they actually do the multipoint inspection. Joel and Fred are some amazing employees of Rainbow GMC. Fred had my appointment made for me and when I arrived for my appointment my truck was taken to the mechanic to have my DEF issue addressed. The tech Fred had my appointment made for me and when I arrived for my appointment my truck was taken to the mechanic to have my DEF issue addressed. The technician come talk to me. They reset the computer on the DEF tank and now it’s reading the fluid, kudos to the technician. Thank you. More
