I purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra from Rainbow and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. As part of the deal, I also wanted to add a leveling kit at a discounted price. Since I was limited on time that day, I wanted to pay for it separately and come back another time to have it installed. When I called the following week to schedule the installation, there was a little confusion because the leveling kit apparently needed to be included in the original deal due to how the sales and service departments handle their funds separately. What impressed me was that instead of just telling me there was nothing they could do, the Rainbow team worked through it and found a way to honor what we had discussed. In the end, they made it work, got everything taken care of, and I was very happy with how they handled it. Great pricing got me in the door, but the way they handled a small issue after the sale says even more about the dealership. I’ve been very pleased with both my new Sierra and the Rainbow team. I will definitely return for my next vehicle! More
