Lease End Pre-Turn In Inspection Our leased 2017 Buick Lacrosse is due to be tuned in in a few months. So like GM Financia,l the holder of our lease advised, I brought it in yesterda Our leased 2017 Buick Lacrosse is due to be tuned in in a few months. So like GM Financia,l the holder of our lease advised, I brought it in yesterday for the inspection. Robert, my service advisor, checked me in and an hour later, the car came out looking snappy with a clean bill of health. The purpose of the inspection is to take care of any non-warranty items, if there are any, prior to turn in. If the car has non-warranty covered problems, at turn in, such as body damage beyond normal wear and tear as stated in the lease agreement, any cost may be added to your final lease bill. Robert and I found a few parking lot scratches the he had Rainbow's Body Shop buff out. All done at no charge to me. Great Job, Robert and Rainbow, you're a pretty cool dealership. Love going there. Disappointed Encore only has 2100 miles so we waited to have the oil changed but found out we no longer qualified for the new purchase free oil and filter change. Encore only has 2100 miles so we waited to have the oil changed but found out we no longer qualified for the new purchase free oil and filter change. Ended up using a portion of our 21,000 bonus points. This Encore is the fifth vehicle purchased from Rainbow, 1 Pontiac, 3 Buicks and a Chevrolet.. Had a bad experience buying the Lucerne, shafted out of $400. . Said I would never go back to Rainbow, but there are desirable features in the Encore whereby a local purchase was more convenient for service. I will seek future service and purchases elsewhere. Total up to $460. Not good business practice to loose a customer over an oil change. Oliver Saucier More
