Lee worked with us to find the car in silver. I liked the GMC Terrain but all colors were dark and I wanted a light color. I was in town with a tight window and Justin did everything I requested but when I got in to sign my papers with Bret it was all done on an I Pad and I missed the $495.00 auto guard until I got back to Texas. When I called Bret to question what the charge was for he said that it was beneficial to people that live local as it was a tire warranty & glass etching that might possibly save me some me money on my insurance. He stated that Justin should have told me about it, they say the money in car sales is made in the finance department and I know why now. Bret said that they place this charge on every vehicle they sell, being that I live in Texas and they knew that I would not be able to take advantage of the program as it is only applicable if you take the vehicle back to them to service. why charge me for it? Anthony Rhoto and Louis, the general manager, were so easy to work with. On our first visit to the dealership we were welcomed and spoken to like people and not just a potential paycheck. It was nice that they took the time to get to know us and not try to speed up the process of purchase. They truly value their customers. It was even better that I wasn’t hounded the next day with questions, opinions, and heckling to make a purchase. Anthony gave me more than 24 hours to consider my options with Rainbow. Because of that, I felt like he really tried to make a connection and not just a sale. When I did hear back from him and we discussed what my options were and my thoughts on the cars he had shown us, it was an easy decision to continue to work with him and Louis. The entire team at Rainbow was exceptional. From the sweet lady at the front desk to the other salesmen and managers to even the service department that allowed us to get a thorough look over the vehicle before making our final decision. We can’t say enough good things about this dealership and the employees that work there. More
