Good Availabile Inventory, worth the drive from out of town! My husband and I previously looked at the Buick Enclave at another dealership local to us. We knew we liked the vehicle but were seeking a certain col My husband and I previously looked at the Buick Enclave at another dealership local to us. We knew we liked the vehicle but were seeking a certain color combination. When we spoke to our local dealership, they wanted to charge us a $2,000 relocation fee - Pass! I chatted with Misty online and over the phone. She was very nice and honestly one of the deciding factors in going to this dealership! We drove an hour to Rainbow Northshore Covington to see the vehicle we were interested in ourselves. Our sales rep was Lee - He knew the Enclave very well. He was willing to show us as many colors and interior options we wanted to see. We appreciate how knowledgeable and patient he was. He wasn't very open to negotiations and liked to say "Negotiations aren't like what you see in the movies". Of course I understand that but if you want to get rid of an older model, you should be willing to negotiate. We did end up settling on what we consider a good deal. Once we finalized a price with the GM, it took almost two hours to get in to see someone in Finance. I think that's pretty ridiculous considering we were ready to buy right then and there so you would think they would be in a hurry to close the sale before we change our mind. Once with the finance person, we were done within 15-20 minutes. I appreciate that they didn't try to push us to purchase extras we didn't actually want. Overall I think the experience was good but could have been better if the process wasn't so drawn out. We were drained by the end of the day, but I love my car and it was worth it!! More
