Very disappointed this time. I brought my truck in for routine servicing. I had a brake issue which was discussed yesterday. I was told that the job would take 2 hours. I have I brought my truck in for routine servicing. I had a brake issue which was discussed yesterday. I was told that the job would take 2 hours. I have always taken my truck to Rainbow which is where I purchased it. Today, the job was finished. The bill was $783.17. This was more than had been discussed and I am not happy with the cost of the repair. As I told Sena, I don't want to look elsewhere, but I think I may have to as Rainbow is getting too expensive. Today, no one explained why the charges were as stated on the invoice. Basically, the attitude was just go over, pay the bill and get on out of here. More
