Not one employee wore a mask even though a sign was on door requiring them. I was the only person in the dealership with a mask on. Even when the service advisor came to my truck and saw I had a mask on door requiring them. I was the only person in the dealership with a mask on. Even when the service advisor came to my truck and saw I had a mask on, she did not wear one. Then she got into my truck with no mask. I have no idea if the service tech wore one or if the wiped down my truck after working on it. 7:30 am oil change took an hour, I do not understand what takes so long. More

Matt Smith, sales representative, was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to answer all of our questions and was able to present us with a deal we were very comfortable with.
