And just when you thought the process was over with, Anthony spend an extra hour going over every detail of the vehicle with my wife (Every Detail!). Work not performed I made an appointment for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. I made the appointment online 2 weeks ahead and still had to wait 2 hours?? What's the poi I made an appointment for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. I made the appointment online 2 weeks ahead and still had to wait 2 hours?? What's the point of making an appointment ahead of time if I still have to wait in line as a "drive in"? I was charged and paid for the tire rotation which was not done. I did not realize it was not done until got home and checked the tires. The Service Advisor says the Technician said he did it, but I know he did not as the tires are in the same position as they were when I brought the vehicle in. His word against mine but I know it was not done. Rainbow GMC, Covington, LA. has lost a 30 year customer. More
