We're sorry that you feel this way. When you purchased your vehicle you signed an extended warranty contract. The contract clearly states the expiration date and mileage. If the vehicle is in Mfg warranty at the time of purchase, the extended warranty start date is the vehicles original in service date which is the same date that the mfg warranty starts. The mfg warranty on the vehicle expired on 2020 and the extended warranty did carry over until 2022. Again, we are sorry that there was a misunderstanding about the starting date of the warranty.

The original warranty documents do state the original inservice date of the car but the salesman led me to believe that the warranty I was purchasing would not come into effect until the manufacturer's warranty expired. My problem is misleading sales practices and arrogant, largely unavailable management staff. Thankfully, there are lots of other car dealers to do business with. Also, Mr McGinnis kept insisting that Jaguars warranty period was 4 years or 50000 miles. I suggest that he do as I did and contact Jaguar so they can tell him, as I tried to, while he kept informing me of his years of experience and that he "knows this this stuff inside and out", that 2016 Jaguars are warranted for 5 years or 60000 miles.
