Today was a total disaster. I drove over 300 miles to purchase a vehicle I was told that ready for me to sign and pick up. Get their thru the rain n storm to find out not only did I not get approved for it but the business manager had no clue as to what was going on with the deal. The spokes person that I talked with and submitted my application never should his face but once and that was to turn my process over to another sales rep. Frank you did a horrible job and made these company look real bad. You wasted my whole day when all you had to do was STAND ON BUSSINESS AND HANDLE IT CORRECTLY. NO REFERRALS NO RECOMMENDATIONS NO GOOD FEED BACK. More
