Kristen was awesome, she took care of all communication with both the warranty company and the rental car company and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. When I picked up my car she as with both the warranty company and the rental car company and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. When I picked up my car she asked 2 young salesmen to connect my Bluetooth for me. They did a great job and were very patient with a technologically impaired lady.
