Think most customers would appreciate leaving with two keys. 2) Even if the Auto Theft/Maintenance service sold by Rainbow is not purchased, the vehicle should be FULLY detailed (cleaned/washed) for delivery. I was so surprised at how much they went above and beyond for me. The car wasn't ready at the time I had to leave so he brought it to my house an hour and 20 minutes away. Even after the sale was done they are still very attentive to anything I need. The finance manager Don also made me feel like family. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. After shopping around for a few more days, we thought that Rainbow offered the best value and service by far compared to the other dealerships in the area. We were given assistance with insurance enrollment at a competitive rate. When we brought our own financing, we were told that the dealership could get us a better rate; the rate ended up being 0.1% "better". There were two minor faults with our used car, and we got confirmation in writing that the dealership would fix these issues for free when the replacement parts arrived. I'm confident this will happen. Overall, a very good experience. More
