Salesman great to work with My salesman, Roland M., who has been selling cars for quite some time, took the time to show me several vehicles to fit my needs and explained each. H My salesman, Roland M., who has been selling cars for quite some time, took the time to show me several vehicles to fit my needs and explained each. He was very patient, polite, and professional. He expressed several times how he always makes sure his customer leaves happy with the purchase and stays happy. I purchased a Mercedes C250 which was the same vehicle I had before. About 20 minutes after I left the dealership, the tire warning light came on because the front tires were over inflated. He explained to me step by step how to take air out of them; however, the tire warning light did not reset as it did on the first Mercedes I owned. I was very concerned about this of course since I just drove the vehicle off the lot. At that time, Roland offered...insisted really.. to drive a good distance to me since I was unable to go back to the dealership the next day. He reset the sensor and made sure it stayed off. He took time after hours to do this and that speaks volumes about a salesman. As far as other aspects of the dealership, there is a pretty decent selection of vehicles and the staff are friendly. Everyone knows buying a car is a nightmare and so are car salesman but it has to be done. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a luxury vehicle. By the way, I bought my last Mercedes from this dealership as well. More
