Phenomenal experience! I recently purchased a pre owned vehicle from Rainbow Luxury Import. I came across Rainbow's inventory and they had two models I was looking for. I walked in and Ms. Cheryl greeted me warmly and directed me to a salesman, Michael Andriotto. He took my information, asked me several great questions, pulled the keys and we went for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, but what I appreciated most during the vehicle was his calming demeanor. We went back to discuss some more details and even got to meet his sales manager David. We agreed to reengage our discussion in two days. Well, two days later I was thrilled we were able to do a deal together. Michael introduced me to the service manager would be taking care of any issues as I purchased an extended warranty.
