My Fiancé and I bought a car from Rainbow Imports we lived out of state and had the vehicle shipped up to you. We were assured the car was in pristine condition and that is went through a meticulous ins lived out of state and had the vehicle shipped up to you. Once the car was delivered it was unfortunately not drivable due to needing a new front wheel bearing and brakes, the trigger for the shifter for the car to even go into drive or reverse does not work all the time. When reached out to Rainbow about these issues and after having our mechanic send extensive paperwork and video displaying the car would need significant amount repaired. After eight days of waiting for management to return the phone call we finally got a call that after discussing there mechanic agrees it would cost around $1000.00 to repair the wheel bearing they would give us $700.00 only to help with this cost. That was only to cover the wheel bearing not the broken gear shift, we still have to fix this ourselves. The staff was pleasant when communicating but selling a vehicle that not only was assured was in pristine condition but once receiving this car and seeing that it needed extra money put into it when they wouldn't even cover this damaged item paying in full. We will not be buying a car from Rainbow again. Its very upsetting paying a large amount of money for the car to be damaged and they do not even help you out completely. Would not recommend buying a vehicle from this automotive group if you would want an honest sale. More
