Dropped my jeep off on Monday to pick up by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. Finally received my vehicle back at 6:15 pm Friday. They were so bad the service person gave me a discount of $100 but when Thursday at the latest. Finally received my vehicle back at 6:15 pm Friday. They were so bad the service person gave me a discount of $100 but when I got my bill it was $500 over the quote. The service person knew they screwed up so as I was leaving he offered me a card good for 2 oil changes and tire rotation. I gave it back and said “I will never come back to this dealership”. In my experience they were inefficient, incompetent, and overpriced. I would not recommend this dealership More
