Was traveling in my 2013 Ram 1500 and had the transmission shift jamming up. Managed to get to Rainbow Chrysler dealership on a limp. Would like to give a big thanks also to mechanic Chase Rutland for dropping what he was doing to get us back on the road that afternoon. Really great Dealership! When I started searching to purchase a truck I called my local dealership and didn’t even receive a return phone call. Luckily I discovered Rainbow and Ricky Boone. I received purchase a truck I called my local dealership and didn’t even receive a return phone call. Luckily I discovered Rainbow and Ricky Boone. I received a good price and was able to place a special order without any difficulty. Ricky kept me informed throughout the process while we waited on the truck to arrive. The ordering process took a couple months but once it arrived at the dealership we made the three hour trip for pick up. While driving back home I realized my AC wasn’t operating properly so I called Ricky for assistance. Even though the dealership was about to close he demanded I bring it back so they could check it out. As soon as I returned to the dealership the service department jumped on figuring out the issue and it didn’t take them to long to get it working correctly. While we waited for the repair we walked next door for supper. When we got back to the dealership Debbie Barry, the sales manager, insisted upon paying for our meal and wouldn’t take no for an answer. They definitely make you feel like you’re at a true “hometown dealership” and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Without a doubt the best dealership experience I’ve ever had! More

Started calling the service department at 7:30 but NO ANSWER. called over 2 dozen times with no response. Husband went to dealership and was TURNED AWAY. We had to travel to Brookhaven to have the truck looked at to ensure it was road worthy for the trip home. KEEP THIS IN MIND IF YOU PURCHASE FROM THEM: They are NOT there when you have an URGENT need. Keep this in mind for our next truck purchase. More
Bad service Had to get new electronic key for dodgr Journey, after almost 3 hours was told part of computer was bad anb must be replaced before key could work.
