She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. When the mechanhcal tech was done, Ariel informed me of the required parts, total replacement costs and approximate time for repairs. She also verified whether or not the items were under warranty.She also made sure the proper replacement parts were placed on order. When the parts were received, Ariel immediately contacted me to schedule the necessary repairs. It was a very pleasant experience working with Ariel. Rainbow Dodge of McComb has the best Service Departnent of all the dealerships I have had to deal with. I look forward to my next appointment next Tuesday. More

I bought a new ram 1500 diesel 2023 and got my 3rd oil change at 16.000 miles and the oil filter was installed improperly and I lost oil pressure while driving and had to bring it back twice for the same change at 16.000 miles and the oil filter was installed improperly and I lost oil pressure while driving and had to bring it back twice for the same problem in a week More
