Service staff are friendly and courteous. Work is usually solid, but this time they failed to inflate my tires correctly after being rotated. I called and told them, but unfortunately I was almost home when readings reset. Had to inflate with correct PSI. Thankfully, I have my own compressor and digital tire gauge. No solution offered other than telling me I could go back. I live 35-40 minutes away. More
