It’s pointless to make an appointment even if they tell you it’s a quick service cause you’ll be sitting there for hours. I have a recall to be fixed. I called and made an appointment to have it serviced. I was told to bring it in at a scheduled time and it would be taken care of. I can in to find out they had to keep the vehicle most of the day just to inspect it. I now have to use another day to get it fixed when the parts are in. You need to get your communication together with your service team. I don’t like being misled. More
