The service dept had my grand cherokee twice for over a week each time in the last month. They claimed to fix the engine light issue, but both times the engine light came back on before I even got the vehi week each time in the last month. They claimed to fix the engine light issue, but both times the engine light came back on before I even got the vehicle home from the shop. I brought it to Ross Downing in Hammond this week and they diagnosed the issue the day it was dropped off and had the car back to me and fixed within 4 days. It was a fuel pump that needed to be replaced, the exact issue I told Rainbow they needed to check and they assured me the fuel pump was fine and they could not trigger the engine light to come on. Huge waste of my time. More

I will never use this dealership again. They kept my vehicle for over a week to change one part that had nothing to do with the problem. I had to bring it back the next day for the same sym They kept my vehicle for over a week to change one part that had nothing to do with the problem. I had to bring it back the next day for the same symptoms. They misdiagnosed the problem again and were going to order another part that was once again not in stock. The service advisor was going to have the service manager call me the next day. I never heard from the service manager and have not been contacted by the dealership to arrange for the second attempted repair. I brought the vehicle to another dealer ship and they diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in less than two days More
Charged for warranty work, returned truck 32 miles later for same problem, week for repairs, still waiting on dealership to call about refund. Whoever you have to talk to is never available. The dealer told me my truck needed brake pads Rogers and hub assembly, at the price of $3800, I told them to put it back together, I brought it to another shop ,my pads and hub assembly was good just had to hub assembly, at the price of $3800, I told them to put it back together, I brought it to another shop ,my pads and hub assembly was good just had to get rotors turned to the tune of $400 ,the service department guys was very very nice but your service prices are pricing you out the business, if you came down on your prices and gave a honest quote it would get you more business in the long run , thanks More
