The deal was initiated with the wrong paperwork for another year vehicle, I had to correct that. Then the we-owe that was supposed to be ordered was never ordered. We then get the parts in for the we-owe a month later, appointment setup and they promised a rental vehicle. They say they have no vehicles, and bring my wife a wrecked wrangler with lots of visible damage. I had to leave work and come to the dealership to get her a safe rental vehicle. From top to bottom this dealership lacks communication, dedication to customer and obviously once the deal is done, they are done with you. Second vehicle that I have purchased from Rainbow and will be my last. More
