If I could give 0 stars I would. The service representative I had was extremely rude, and terrible at communication both times I have brought my vehicle in. They really should be upfront in telling their clients that an appointment does not mean anything. I had an appointment on a Monday morning and was not given any information. I would have even accepted the fact that I wouldn’t be contacted until the next day, but no. Was given nothing. I called the next day around noon to check in on the status of my car and was told they still hadn’t seen it. It wasn’t until the following day that I was contacted- they said they would need to run diagnostics and I would need to pay $180. So we did. Again, no communication on what to expect moving forward. I had to call the following day to check in. They had 0 answers. Their suggestion was that they needed further diagnostics. Instead of moving forward with their $650 further diagnostics, I moved my car to another shop. This shop is very confident that your dealership did not actually attempt to diagnose anything. They were able to find the problem very easily- needed spark plugs replaced. they said there are no fingerprints on the engine where the technician would’ve needed to look to run diagnostics and easily figure out the problem. Of course you never get to speak with the actual technician so who knows what was actually done, if anything at all. All communication, if any, comes through the service representative, who was terrible and had ZERO information throughout this entire process. At the end of the day we took my car and only spent $180 thank god, but I’m still upset we did even that. SAVE YOUR MONEY, do your research, and go elsewhere!! More

The deal was initiated with the wrong paperwork for another year vehicle, I had to correct that. Then the we-owe that was supposed to be ordered was never ordered. We then get the parts in for the we-o another year vehicle, I had to correct that. Then the we-owe that was supposed to be ordered was never ordered. We then get the parts in for the we-owe a month later, appointment setup and they promised a rental vehicle. They say they have no vehicles, and bring my wife a wrecked wrangler with lots of visible damage. I had to leave work and come to the dealership to get her a safe rental vehicle. From top to bottom this dealership lacks communication, dedication to customer and obviously once the deal is done, they are done with you. Second vehicle that I have purchased from Rainbow and will be my last. More
