I took my truck to dealer for routine maintenance, there was nothing wrong with it when I brought it in. I spent 2.5 hours getting oil change & tires rotated, when I left my steering wheel was off-center, t was nothing wrong with it when I brought it in. I spent 2.5 hours getting oil change & tires rotated, when I left my steering wheel was off-center, truck pulled to the right, and there was a lot of shake between 45-60 mph. I had to go back after work and sit over an hour again for them to balance front tires and they never fixed steering wheel because the guy who does that left while they were test driving my truck. They told me I’d have to come back AGAIN or find someone else to fix it. They SAID they did an inspection on my truck after service… I guess that doesn’t include a test drive or the steering. How does the steering wheel come out of alignment while changing oil & rotating tires? Especially since they only rotate front to back, not what the manual recommends for my vehicle and tires. I wasted 6.5 hours, drove 150 miles, and used 1/2 tank of gas to utilize the JeepWave service program and now I have to pay someone to correct the crooked steering wheel issue that I did not have before I brought it to dealer, and I missed 3.5 hours of work/income. I will be paying a mechanic for all future maintenance on my vehicle, the dealership will not see me again. More

I arrived with my car to get an oil change and my tires rotated for my appointment at 11am. I was the only customer in the service waiting area. At approximately 1pm a service technician came out and asked rotated for my appointment at 11am. I was the only customer in the service waiting area. At approximately 1pm a service technician came out and asked what I was waiting for and which vehicle was mine. When I told him he seemed confused. I went to the service desk immediately and asked them what was going on. They told me the technicians were at lunch. I explained that I had been there since 11am and it was now 1pm and if my car wasn’t done by 1:30pm I was going to collect my keys and leave because I had to go to work. Magically my car was done right before 1:30pm. My tires were rotated but the pressures were not correct. Three of them were only 30lbs and one was inflated to 38lbs. It doesn’t take 2.5 hours to change oil when you have an empty waiting room. And on top of it all, they didn’t swap out the window lift pistons they ordered for me months ago. My rear window won’t stay open and hits me in the head every time I open it. Very disappointing and seems like they have major communication problems. They have an army of young sales people sitting around and not enough service techs. More
