Although no one ever likes having to bring their vehicle in for service, the team at Rainbow is always friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Brought car in with appt at 8:15. Dealership did not touch it until 2:30. Service manager said it was because I was a drop off. Told him no I had an appt. He said because I left (to go to work) they worked on cars of people waiting in their dealership. I asked then why did I make an appt? He said whether they worked on it when I brought it in or not the outcome would have been the same they ordered parts which I told them I needed when I made appt a week ago. Even offered to pay for them. I explained it was not the same because I work an needed my car . I was without a car for six hours and they decided to look at is at 2:30 when I called to see where they were with my repairs. The manager had this discussion with me in the service area in front of service employees an customers entering/exiting. I was not happy and am very dissatisfied with the service I received and lack of professionalism. I see the stars on this page brought their auto in without an appt and it was worked on right away…..interesting. Seems to back up my story. How are you going to right this wrong? More
