Can't really say much about the dealership as I've had very little interaction with them. That being said I will know much more as I bring the Jeep in for the "free" maintenance that came with the vehicle very little interaction with them. However, Your salesman Brooks Houghtoun was a delight to deal with as I knew exactly what I wanted. Visited (5) dealers in three day, with the usual push to but one of the Jeeps or Explores in stock. But Brooks listened to what I was saying found the vehicle with the features most important to me. It wasn't the color combo "interior/exterior" I was look for but it was acceptable an did have the features I was adamant about. Only, fault I found he failed to return call about power exterior mirrors. Looking at so many vehicles I remembered it having power mirrors. But I was thinking of a different Jeep. It wasn't a big deal as the Grand Cherokee I traded in did not have this feature. I spent (1) plus hours with owner manual trying to make something work that wasn't installed on vehicle. When I picked up Friday and did a walk around with Brooks I mentioned where was the tauno cover for for the rear storage, as all the other Jeeps I looked at had this item. He stated that they have to be ordered separately as an accessory, but he would take care of it since it was not a very expensive item. I would highly recommend if someone was look to "BUY" see Brooks. As time goes by I hope to be able to say the same for the dealership. Sincerely, Louis Perez PS....No financing paid cash More
