I went to get a recall down. My truck latched worked before now it’s stuck and difficult to open. The I connect box says it needs to be updated again after leaving. I also have a scratch they said they would look into and call me back. The call back never happened. Also my truck was left unlocked when I passed by to get some items out and again when I went to go find it in the back and pick it up. I dropped off my truck Tuesday night. They called Wednesday an hour before closing saying their machine could not do my update and they needed to keep my vehicle another day without offering a loaner. More
